Սիրիայի քաղաքացին փորձել է Հայաստանից ընդեղենի միջուկի մեջ ափիոն արտահանել

ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախաբացթողումային հսկողության վարչությունն օրերս թմրանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխման խոշոր դեպք է բացահայտել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մաքսանենգության թիրախն այս անգամ փոստային առաքանիների ուղին էր:
2016թ. հուլիսի 26-ին «Հայփոստ»-ում գործող մաքսային սպասարկման կետում ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցները զննման ենթարկելով առաջին հայացքից սովորական թվացող` Հայաստանից Կանադա ոմն Հակոբ Ներսիսյանի անվամբ արտահանվող 5,85 կգ ընդհանուր քաշով ծանրոցը, պարզել են, որ առկա է կասկածելի պարունակությամբ 5,54 կգ քաշով ընդեղեն: Ծանրոցի ուսումնասիրությամբ հայտնաբերվել է, որ «մաքսանենգ» ընդեղենի միջուկը փոխարինվել է մուգ շագանակագույն, յուրահատուկ հոտով ափիոնանման զանգվածով` փաթեթավորված կապույտ պոլիէթիլենային թաղանթով: Դեպքի առթիվ հուլիսի 27-ին Պետական եկմուտների կոմիտեի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 267.1 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի և (կամ) դրանց պրեկուրսորների մաքսանենգություն): Դատաքիմիական փորձաքննությամբ հաստատվել է, որ հայտնաբերված զանգվածն «ափիոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոց է:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական համալիր միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ծանրոց ուղարկողը Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի է, Երևանում փաստացի բնակվող, ազգությամբ հայ՝ Հագոպ Կրիկորի Դերներսեսյանը: Ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական համալիր միջոցառումների արդյունքում օգոսոտոսի 5-ին Հագոպ Դերներսեսյանը հայտնաբերվել և բերման է ենթարկվել ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչություն ու նույն օրը ձերբակալվել: Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, գործի բազմակողմանիությունը և օբյետիվությունն ապահովելու նպատակով կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ:
Միաժամանակ, Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հիշեցնում է, որ ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
