Գյուղնախարարն Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանի հետ քննարկել է համագործակցության հեռանկարները

 ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էին նաև նորանշանակ փոխդեսպան պարոն Ռաֆիկ Մանսուրին և ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ (USAID) կառավարչի նորանշանակ տեղակալ տիկին Դեբորա Գրիսերը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

«Վերջին շրջանում ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության և ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան միջև ծավալվել է արդյունավետ համագործակցություն, իսկ ԱՄՆ աջակցությամբ, այդ թվում` նաև ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող ծրագրերը էապես նպաստել են գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի տարբեր ճյուղերի զարգացմանը»,-նշել է իր խոսքում նախարարը:

Այս համատեքստում նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը կարևորել է հատկապես «Մաքուր էներգիա և ջուր», «Աջակցություն Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսական համատարած հաշվառմանը», «Գործընկերություն` հանուն գյուղական համայնքների բարգավաճման», «Հայաստանում մասնավոր խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների համակարգի զարգացում», ինչպես նաև «Աջակցություն Ագրոբիզնեսի ուսուցման կենտրոնին և Ագրոբիզնեսի հետազոտությունների և կրթության միջազգային կենտրոնին» ծրագրերի արդյունավետությունն ու բարեհաջող ընթացքը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախարարը հյուրերին է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառում վերջին տարիներին գրանցված դրական ցուցանիշները` մատնանշելով ոլորտի ներկայիս առաջնահերթությունները:

Անդրադառնալով ոլորտի առկա խնդիրներին` նախարարը, մասնավորապես, շեշտել է ինտենսիվ պտղատու այգիների հիմնման, ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների ստեղծման, գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների հաշվառման և համարակալման, ձկնաբուծարաններում ռեսուրսախնայող և արդյունավետ տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման, ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգերի և հակակարկտային ցանցերի ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը: Կարևորվել է նաև նորաստեղծ գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվներին աջակցության խնդիրը:

Դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսն իր հերթին բարձր է գնահատել հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցությունը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում:

«Մենք շատ ենք կարևորում ԱՄՆ դեսպանության և ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության գործընկերությունը: Գյուղատնտեսությունը Հայաստանում համարվում է ամենաշատ աշխատատեղեր ապահովող ոլորտ, և վստահ եմ, որ դուք մեզ հետ համակարծիք եք, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման ապահովման համար հարկավոր է կենտրոնանալ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում առկա մեծ ներուժի վրա: Միասին աշխատելով՝ մենք կարող ենք օգնել Հայաստանի գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին և սննդամթերք արտադրողներին ձեռք բերել այնպիսի կարողություններ, որոնք թույլ կտան ընդլայնել իրենց գործու նեությունը և մուտք գործել նոր շուկաներ», - նշել է ԱՄՆ դեսպանը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին զրուցակիցները վերահաստատել են երկկողմ համագործակցության խորացման և ընդլայնման պատրաստակամությունը:
