Չնայած ավելի քան մեկ դար ձգվող հետազոտություններին՝ քաղցկեղի դեմ բուժման արդյունավետ միջոց համաշխարհային գիտությունը չի հայտնաբերել: Գիտություն, որը ունակ է ստեղծել մարդկային կլոն, երեխա պարգևել արգանդ չունեցող մայրերին, անբուժելի է համարում ՁԻԱՀ-ը, ուռուցքային հիվանդությունները և ամբողջ աշխարհի մարդկությանը պատուհասող այլ հիվանդություններ:
Ուռուցքային հիվանդությունները այլ կողմերից ուսումնասիրող ու նրանց վերջնական բուժման միջոցները հայտագործող բժիշկները պնդում են, որ «աշխարհի տերերին» բնավ էլ ձեռնտու չէ բուժել քաղցկեղը, քանի որ օրական միլիոնավոր դոլարներ են աշխատում քիմիոթերապիայի, ճառագայթային բուժման, անօգուտ ու թանկարժեք դեղամիջոցների և այլ անօգուտ պրոցեդուրաների վրա:
Իտալացի բժիշկ Տուլիո Սիմոնչինին փորձով ապացուցել է, որ քաղցկեղը ընդամենը մակաբույծ սունկ է, որը հեշտությամբ վերանում է կերակրի սոդայի լուծույթով: Նա մի քանի անհույս համարվող հիվանդների է բուժել, իսկ երբ իր նորարարությունը ներկայացրել է Իտալիայի Առողջապահության նախարարությանը, նրան ողջունելու փոխարեն բանտարկել են 3 տարով՝ մարդկանց ապօրինի բուժելու և սպանելու անհիմն մեղադրանքով: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ ամեն տարի 9 միլիոն մարդ անասալի տանջանքների մեջ մահանում է քաղցկեղի դեմ բուժման ընդունված ու անօգուտ մեթոդներից:
Սակայն դուրս գալուց հետո էլ Տուլիո Սիմոնչինին շարունակում է իր փորձարկումներ ու բուժում է իրեն դիմող մարդկանց:
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ իմ հայտնագործությունը պաշտոնապես չի ընդունվի, քանի դեռ կան մարդիկ, ում ձեռնտու է, որ ուռուցքային ու այլ հիվանդություններից տարեկան միլիոնավոր մարդիկ մահանան, քանի դեռ նրանց ձեռնտու է, որ միլիարդներ աշխատեն անօգուտ ու շատ թանկարժեք քիմիոթերապիայով: Նրանք երբեք չեն խոստովանի, որ քիմիոթերապիան վերացնում է ոչ միայն քաղցկեղային, այլև առողջ բջիջները՝ հիվանդին դատապարտելով դանդաղ ու տանջալից մահվան: Քաղցկեղի բուժումն աշխարհի տերերին ձեռնտու չէ»:
Այս տեսանյութը պատրաստվել է ամիսներ առաջ, ու արժանացել միլիոնավոր դիտումների, սակայն Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը քաղցկեղի բուժման մեթոդների մեջ դեռ ոչ մի նորարարություն չի մտցրել:
