Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությունը մարդասիրական օգնություն կբաշխի Արթիկի և Կարճաղբյուրի հեղեղից տուժածներին

 Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությունը (ՀԿԽԸ) օգոստոսի 9-ին և 10-ին մարդասիրական օգնություն կբաշխի Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կարճաղբյուր համայնքում և Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ քաղաքում` հունիսի 24-ի հեղեղի հետևանքով տուժածներին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ընկերությունից, Կարճաղբյուր համայնքում սննդի և հիգիենիկ պարագաների փաթեթներ և կանխիկ գումար կստանա 120 ընտանիք, իսկ Արթիկում` 12 ընտանիք:

Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությունը, հետևելով իր մարդասիրական առաքելությանը և ելնելով Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային շարժման հիմնարար սկզբունքներից, աղետի հասցրած վնասները մեղմելու նպատակով մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրելու համար իրականացրել էր կարիքների գնահատում և դիմել Կարմիր խաչի և Կարմիր մահիկի ընկերությունների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի Արտակարգ իրավիճակներին արձագանքման հիմնադրամին:

ՀԿԽԸ դիմումն ստացել է դրական արձագանք, հատկացվել է մոտ 20 881 908 ՀՀ դրամ կամ` 43 686 շվեյցարական ֆրանկ: ՀԿԽԸ-ի կողմից, հաշվի առնելով միջազգային չափորոշիչները, մշակվել են  բաշխման սկզբունքները և յուրաքանչյուր փաթեթի պարունակությունը:

Հունիսի 24-ին, հորդառատ անձրևների և կարկուտի հետևանքով առաջացած սողանքի պատճառով լուրջ վնասներ են կրել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կարճաղբյուր համայնքը և Շիրակի մարզի Արթիկ քաղաքը: Արդյունքում հեղեղվել են բնակելի տներ, օժանդակ շինություններ, փողոցներ և կամուրջներ, տեղի է ունեցել գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների անկում և վնաս է հասցվել մշակաբույսերի ցանքատարածություններին:

Հայկական Կարմիր խաչի ընկերությունը (ՀԿԽԸ), լինելով Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային շարժման լիիրավ անդամ, առաջնորդվում է Կարմիր խաչի և Կարմիր մահիկի միջազգային շարժման հիմնարար սկզբունքներով և հանդիսանում է կառավարությանն օժանդակ կազմակերպություն` մարդասիրական ոլորտում: ՀԿԽԸ-ի առաքելությունն է նվազեցնել բնակչության խոցելիությունը` մարդասիրության ուժի մոբիլիզացմամբ, նախապատրաստվել դիմակայելու այն իրավիճակներին, որոնք կարող են բնակչության խոցելիության պատճառ դառնալ, ցուցաբերել անհրաժեշտ օգնություն` սատարելով սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծանր պայմաններում գտնվող մարդկանց:
