Delta ավիաընկերությունը փոխհատուցումներ կվճարի ուղեւորներին՝ չվերթերի չեղարկման եւ ուշացման համար

Միացյալ Նահանգների Delta ավիաընկերությունը, որն օգոստոսի 8-ից չեղարկել Է շուրջ 900 չվերթ եւ ավելի քան հազարը հետաձգել համակարգչային սարքավորանքի աշխատանքի խափանման պատճառով, տուժած ուղեւորներին կտա վաուչերներ՝ յուրաքանչյուրը 200 դոլար գումար արժողությամբ: Ինչպես նշվում Է ավիաըկերությ ան պաշտոնական կայքում, այս միջոցը վերաբերում Է նրանց, ում չվերթերն ուշացել են ավելի քան երեք ժամ կամ չեղարկվել են:
«Մենք ցանկանում ենք՝ մեր սպասարկյալներն իմանան, որ մենք կատարում ենք պատահածի հանգամանալից հետաքննություն եւ խորապես ափսոսում ենք դրա համար»,- հայտարարել Է ավիաընկերության ավագ գործադիր փոխնախագահ Գիլ Ուեսթը:
Ավելի վաղ ընկերության պաշտոնական կայքում հաղորդվել Էր, որ օգոստոսի 9-ի առավոտյան Delta-ին ավելի քան 100 չվերթերի չեղարկումներ են սպասում համակարգչային սարքավորանքի աշխատանքի խափանման պատճառով:
«Օգոստոսի 9-ի առավոտյան Delta-ին ավելի քան 100 չվերթերի չեղարկումներ են սպասում, քանի որ շարունակվում են օգոստոսի 8-ի առավոտյան Էլեկտրականության անջատումից հետո համակարգի վերականգնման աշխատանքները: Բացի դրանից, շուրջ 200 չվերթեր կուշանան առավոտյան ժամերին»,- ասված Է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Նշվում Է, որ ավիաընկերությունն օգոստոսի 8-ին ավելի քան 870 չվերթ Է չեղարկել, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
