Երգչուհի Լայանան, ով մայրանալուց հետո մի փոքր գիրացել էր, վերջին մեկ ամսում ազատվել է ավելորդ 10կգ-ից և այժմ հիանալի տեսք ունի: Իսկ թե ինչպես է նրան հաջողվել կարճ ժամանակում նման հաջողություն գրանցել, երգչուհին պատմել է Life.panorama.am-ին:
«Այո, ինձ հաջողվեց մեկամսյա ակտիվ մարզումների ու դիետայի շնորհիվ ազատվել ավելորդ 10 կգ-ից, ինչի շնորհիվ ես այժմ ինձ հիասքանչ եմ զգում»,- նշեց Լայանան:
«Այս արդյունքին ես չէի հասնի, եթե չլիներ իմ շատ սիրելի մարզիչը՝ Բելլա Նազարեթյանը: Նրա օգնությամբ շաբաթը երեք անգամ 1.5 ժամով ինտենսիվորեն մարզվել եմ, բայց նաև պահպանել եմ նրա առաջարկած սննդակարգը: Այս պահին, իհարկե, մարզչիս դիետան բարձրաձայնելու իրավունքը չունեմ, սակայն կարող եմ ասել, որ պետք է սնվել առողջ սնունդով՝ մեծամասամբ ուտել բանջարեղեն, ինչպես նաև շատ ջուր օգտագործել, ինչը օգտակար է մեր մաշկի համար: Սկզբնական շրջանում սննդակարգից պետք է հեռացնել հացեղենը, քաղցրը, կարտոֆիլը, բազուկն ու գազավորված ըմպելիքները»:
Լայանան նկատեց նաև, որ շատ կարևոր են նաև ճիշտ մարզումները. «Միայն դիետայով ցանկալի արդյունքի հասնելը գրեթե անհնար է: Պետք է դիետային զուգահեռ նաև ճիշտ մարզվել, որպեսզի նիհարելու հետ նաև ձգվի մաշկը, ինչն էլ իդեալական արդյունքի կբերի: Մարզասրահում լինում եմ շաբաթը երեք անգամ, այնտեղ անցկացնում եմ մոտավորապես 1.5 ժամ, որից առաջին 30-40 րոպեն վազում եմ վազքուղով, այնուհետև մյուս վարժությունները կատարում»,-պատմեց երգչուհին:
Լայանան դեռևս շարունակում է հետևել իր սննդակարգին ու մարզվել: Զրույցի վերջում երգչուհին խորհուրդ տվեց. «Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր հակում ունեն գիրանալու, խորհուրդ կտամ մշտապես հետևել իրենց սննդակարգին, դա պետք է լինի ապրելակերպ ու ողջ կյանքի համար, եթե ցանկանում եք պահպանել կազմվածքն ու իդեալական տեսք ունենալ: Այս առումով մի անխախտ օրենք կա՝ պետք է միշտ սեղանից վեր կենալ կիսաքաղցած»:
