Անցած տարվա հուլիսի 29-ին մահացած ծննդկան Մերի Մարգարյանին անհրաժեշտ էր հոսպիտալացնել դեռեւս հուլիսի 23-ին, մինչդեռ նրան ամբուլատոր պայմաններում բուժում նշանակելն աննպատակային է եղել: Նման եզրակացություն է արել ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովը ներքին քննության արդյունքում:

«Պետք էր հոսպիտալացնել հուլիսի 23-ին, ոչ թե 26-ին, հոսպիտալացումը եղել է ուշացած»,- ասվում է հանձնաժողովի եզրակացության մեջ, որն այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 9-ին, ընթերցվեց Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում:

Նման մանկաբարձական իրավիճակը, ըստ հանձնաժողովի, պահանջում էր ավելի շուտ արագ ծննդալուծում կեսարյան հատման ճանապարհով, որը սակայն հավանական է խոչընդոտել է գեստոզի ատիպիկ ընթացքը եւ բարձր ջերմությունը:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ, առողջապահության նախարարության մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովը հակասություններ է հայտնաբերել «Շենգավիթ» եւ «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնների իրականացրած գործիքային հետազոտությունների միջեւ: Մասնավորապես, «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի հետազոտության մեջ նշվում է պտղաջրերի նորմալ քանակ, իսկ «Էրեբունի»-ում՝ պտղաջրերի բացակայություն: Պարզվում է նաեւ, որ ըստ «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի՝ թոքերում փոփոխություն չի հայտնաբերվել, իսկ «Էրեբունի»-ում ախտորոշվել է երկկողմանի թոքաբորբ եւ չի նայվել թոքաբանի կողմից:

«Անհասկանալի է 2-3 ժամերի տարբերությամբ թոքերի ռենտգեն հետազոտության տվյալների տարբերությունը»,- ասվում է հետազոտության մեջ:

Նշենք, որ այս գործով երկու ամբաստանյալ կա՝ «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնի բժշկուհիներ Շուշանիկ Բախշյանը եւ Անի Բաբելյանը:

Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդել էր, որ «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի բժշկուհի Շուշանիկ Բախշյանը 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 23-ին հեռախոսակապի միջոցով տեղեկացել է, որ իր հսկողության տակ գտնվող հղի Մերի Մարգարյանն ունեցել է բարձր ջերմություն եւ վերջինիս խորհուրդ է տվել ընդունել «Պարացետամոլ» դեղահաբ։ 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 24-ին հղի կնոջը հրավիրել է բժշկական կենտրոն հերթական կոնսուլտացիայի համար եւ տեղյակ լինելով Մերի Մարգարյանի բարձր ջերմություն ունենալու մասին՝ չի հոսպիտալացրել նրան: 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 27-ին, երբ Մերի Մարգարյանը ստացիոնար բուժում է ստացել «Շենգավիթ» բժշկական կենտրոնում, առավոտյան ժամը 09.00-ից սկսած, արյան բիոքիմիական եւ մնացած հետազոտությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել է արագ ընթացող եւ հղիության հետ կապված զարգացող փոփոխություններ, որի պայմաններում չի կատարվել կյանքի ցուցումով անհապաղ ծննդալուծում, այդ թվում նաեւ՝ կեսարյան հատման միջոցով, ինչի հետեւանքով առաջացած բազմաօրգանային անբավարարությունից 2015 թ. հուլիսի 29-ին Մերի Մարգարյանը մահացել է, իսկ հաջորդ օրը թոքերի եւ գլխուղեղի այտուցից մահացել է նաեւ նրա նորածին դուստրը: Շուշանիկ Բախշյանին եւ Անի Բաբելյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Բախշյանը գրավի դիմաց ազատ է արձակվել, իսկ Բաբելյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
