Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյում չքավորներին կկերակրեն օլիմպիականների համար գնված մթերքներով

Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյում բացվել Է ռեստորան, որտեղ քաղաքի չքավոր բնակիչներն Օլիմպիական եւ Պարալիմպիական խաղերի ընթացքում կկարողանան ընթրել միանգամայն անվճար:
Ինչպես հաղորդել Է UOL պորտալը, այդ հաստատության աշխատանքը կապահովվի բարեգործական կազմակերպությունների եւ մթերքների ավելցուկների հաշվին, որոնք գնվել են մրցումների մասնակիցների համար:
Այդ գաղափարի հեղինակներն իմացել Էին, որ ապրանքների մի մասը, որոնք գնվում են Օլիմպիական ավանի ռեստորանի համար, ոչնչացվում են ոչ թե վատ որակի պատճառով, այլ որովհետեւ խոհարարներին դրանք այդ քանակությամբ պարզապես պետք չեն եկել:
«Մենք հնարավոր ամեն բան արել ենք մատակարարների հետ պայմանավորվելու համար, որպեսզի ավելցուկները հասցվեն մեր ռեստորան: Երբ իմացա, որ ամեն օր գործարաններից 120 բեռնատարներով կերակուր Է դուրս բերվում, բայց դրանցից 20-ը վերադառնում են, եւ դրանց պարունակությունն այրում են, դա դարձավ իմ գայթակղությունը: Մենք հանդես ենք գալիս վատնողության դեմ, դա նախագծի առաջին նպատակն Է:   
Երկրորդը պայքարն Է սովի դեմ, չԷ որ մենք մարդկանց արժանի սնունդ ենք տրամադրում»,-ասել Է Դավիդ Հերցը՝ նախագծի նախաձեռնողներից մեկը: 
Որակյալ կերակրատեսակներ պատրաստելու համար ամբողջ մոլորակից հրավիրվել են 45 շեֆ խոհարարներ: Նրանցից մեկը իտալացի Մասիմո Բոտուրան Է. նա աշխատում Է մի հաստատությունում, որը «Ռեստորան» բրիտանական հանդեսը աշխարհում լավագույնն Է ճանաչել: Մթերքների քանակը կբավարարի ամեն օր 108 մարդու կերակրելու համար: Անվճար ընթրիքի իրավունք կստանան այն բրազիլացիները, ովքեր որպես չունեւորներ ստանում են հասարակական կազմակերպությունների օգնությունը:
Հերցը համոզված Է, որ հյուրերին իր ռեստորանում կերակրելն ավելի լավ կլինի, քան օլիմպիական ավանում. վերջին օրերին բազմաթիվ մարզիկներ գանգատվել են միօրինակ եւ վատ պատրաստված սննդից: «Ես աշխատել եմ Լոնդոնի օլիմպիադայում, եւ այնտեղ կերակուրը գերազանց Էր: Պարադոքսն այն Է, որ Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյի Խաղերի ժամանակ լավագույն կրակրատեսակները մատուցելու են օլիմպիական օբյեկտների սահմաններից դուրս»,- նշել Է նա: 
Մրցումների ժամանակ ռեստորանի սրահում կանցկացվեն դասախոսություններ եւ խոհարարության գծով վարպետության դասեր: Պարալիմպիական խաղերի ավարտվելուց հետո այնտեղ ենթադրվում Է բացել մարզական միջոցառումների կազմկոմիտեների ժամանակավոր աշխատակիցների դասընթացներ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
