Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի եւ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի բանակցությունները, որոնք առաջինն էին ռուս–թուրքական հարաբերությունների ճգնաժամից հետո, տեւել են 2 ժամ։ Դրանից հետո կողմերը ընդլայնված կազմով սկսել են քննարկել երկկողմ համագործակցության հարցերը, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»–ն։

Ընդլայնված ձեւաչափով բանակցություններին ռուսական կողմից մասնակցում է արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, նախագահի արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերով օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը, Թուրքիայում ՌԴ դեսպան Անդրեյ Կառլովը, էներգետիկայի նախարար եւ առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր նովակը, տնտեսական զարգացման նախարար Ալեքսել Ուլյուկաեւը, տրանսպորտի նախարար Մաքսիմ Սոկոլովը, «Գազպրոմ»-ի ղեկավար Այեքսեյ Միլլերը, Գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Վալերի Գերասիմովը, նախագահի սիրիական կարգավորման հարցով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Լավրենտեւը:

Թուրքական պատվիրակությունը ներկայացնում են փոխվարչապետ Մեհմեթ Շիմշեքը, արտգործնախարար Մեւլութ Չավուշօղլուն, էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Նիհաթ Զեյբեքչին, էներգետիկայի նախարար Բերաթ Ալբայրաքը, ազգային հետախուզության կազմակերպության ղեկավար Հաքան Ֆիդանը: Հանդիպմանը նաեւ մասնակցում են Թուրքիայի գյուղատնտեսության, մշակույթի եւ տուրիզմի, տրանսպորտի նախարարները, Մոսկվայում Թուրքիայի դեսպանը, իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության փոխնախագահը եւ պաշտպանության նախարարության պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության գծով քարտուղարը:
