Պուտինի եւ Էրդողանի դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպումը տևել է երկու ժամ

Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի եւ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի` ռուսական խոցված ինքնաթիռի պատճառով երկկողմանի հարաբերություններում ճգնաժամից հետո առաջին հանդիպման ժամանակ բանակցությունները տեւել է 2 ժամ: Նախագահների առանձնազրույցին նախորդել են ընդլայնված կազմով բանակցությունները:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ռիա Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:
Թուրքական պատվիրակության կազմում են փոխվարչապետ Մեհմեթ Շիմշեքը, ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Մեւլութ Չավուշօղլուն, էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Նիհաթ Զեյբեքչին, էներգետիկայի նախարար Բերաթ Ալբայրաքը, ազգային հետախուզական կազմակերպության ղեկավար Հաքան Ֆիդանը: Հանդիպմանը նաեւ մասնակցում են Թուրքիայի գյուղատնտեսության, մշակույթի եւ զբոսաշրջության, տրանսպորտի նախարարները, Մոսկվայում Թուրքիայի դեսպանը, Թուրքիայի իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության փոխնախագահը եւ պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության գծով քարտուղարը:
Ռուս-թուրքական բանակցությունները շարունակվում են Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի Կոնստանտինովյան պալատի հունական հյուրասենյակում:
Բանակցությունների մեկնարկից առաջ Էրդողանը լրագրողներին հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու հույս ունի:
ՌԴ-ի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ հարաբերությունները հայտնվել էին ճգնաժամում այն բանից հետո, երբ 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին թուրքական F-16 կործանիչը Սիրիայում խոցել է ռուսաստանյան Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչին: ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դա անվանել էր ահաբեկիչների հանցակիցների կողմից «հարված թիկունքից»: Միջադեպից հետո ՌԴ նախագահը հրամանագիր էր ստորագրել ազգային անվտանգության ապահովման գծով միջոցառումների եւ Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ հատուկ տնտեսական միջոցառումների մասին:
Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարները հայտարարել էին, որ թուրք-ռուսական հարաբերությունները վերականգնելու մասին հնարավոր կլինի խոսել միայն այն բանից հետո, եթե Թուրքիայի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը պաշտոնապես ներողություն խնդրի Մոսկվայից եւ փոխհատուցի խոցված ռուսաստանյան ինքնաթիռի եւ ուղղաթիռի անձնակազմերի ընտանիքներին:
Ռուսաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտնել է, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանից ուղերձ է ստացել, որում նա ներողություն է խնդրել թուրքական օդուժի կողմից ռուսաստանյան Սու-24 ռմբակոծիչի խոցվելու եւ օդաչուի զոհվելու համար:
