5 սովորություն, որ գլխացավ է առաջացնում

Եթե անդադար գլխացավեր եք ունենում, հետևաբար՝ գիտեք, որ դրանք կարող են ի հայտ գալ ամենաանսպասելի պահերին և խանգարել կյանքի սովորական ընթացքին:
Դեղատներում կարող եք գտնել հազարավոր դեղահաբեր, որոնք միայն ժամանակավոր ազդեցություն են ունենում, բացի այդ՝ վնասակար են լյարդի համար:
Մինչև դեղահաբերին անցնելը, կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե որոնք են գլխացավեր առաջացնող հիմնական սովորությունները:
1. Կոֆեին- Եթե երբևէ չափից շատ եք խմիչք օգտագործել, ապա ձեզ ծանոթ է առավոտյան սաստիկ գլխացավի զգացողությունը: Գլխացավն առաջանում է օրգանիզմի ջրազրկման պատճառով, միևնույն ազդեցությունը թողնում է կոֆեինը: Կոֆեինը ջրազրկում է օրգանիզմն ավելի արագ, քան ալկոհոլը, այդ իսկ պատճառով՝ չափազանց շատ կոֆեինը կարող է սաստիկ գլխացավեր առաջացնել:
2. Քնի պակաս- Հավանաբար բավականաչափ չեք քնում գիշերը, այդ իսկ պատճառով էլ սաստիկ գլխացավեր եք ունենում: Եթե բավական քանակությամբ չեք քնում, ոչ միայն գլխացավեր, այլև մի շարք այլ առողջական խնդիրներ են ի հայտ գալիս: Շատերն օրական քնում են 6-7 ժամ, մինչդեռ 8 ժամն ամենաճիշտն է: Ճիշտ քանակությամբ քնելը կարևոր է էներգիա ստանալու համար:
3. Մոռանում եք ուտելու մասին- Եթե օրվա ընթացքում կանոնավոր կերպով սնունդ չեք ընդունում, ապա արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակը բարձրանում է: Սա հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն է, թե ինչու են գլխացավեր առաջանում:
4. Օրգանիզմի ջրազրկում- Նրանք, ովքեր հաճախ ալկոհոլ կամ սուրճ են օգտագործում, չեն գիտակցում, որ այդպես ջրազրկում են օրգանիզմը՝ առանց ծարավի զգացում ունենալու:
5. Սթրեսը- Թերևս լսել եք «գլխացավ՝ սթրեսից» արտահայտությունը, բայց ի՞նչ է դա նշանակում: Յուրաքանչյուր սթրես բացասաբար է անդրադառնում մարդու առողջության վրա, և առաջին հերթին՝ տուժում է գլուխը: Գուցե ժամերով աշխատելը ձեզ համար սթրես չէ, բայց օրգանիզմի համար դա ամենալուրջ սթրեսներից մեկն է, որի հետևանքով էլ օրգանիզմը սկսում է ազդանշան ուղարկել՝ գլխացավի տեսքով:
