Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը այցելեց Հայաստանի հյուսիսարևելյան սահմանագոտում գտնվող զորամաս և դիրքեր: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը, զորամասում նախարարին և ներկաներին ներկայացվեց ռազմական ցուցադրություն, որում զինվորները հարձակվում են պայմանական թշնամու վրա և չեզոքացնում նրան:

Ցուցադրությունից հետո նախարարը ողջունեց զինվորներին, ներկաներին, այնուհետև պարգևատրեց ցուցադրության մասնակից զինվորներին: 
«Պատիվ  ունեմ հաշվետվություն ներկայացնել հենց առաջնագծում հայոց բանակի, հրամանատարների և զինվորների հետ միասին: Զինվորներ, ովքեր զոր ու գիշեր սահմաններին կանգնած պաշտպանում են ՀՀ-ի և ԼՂՀ-ի անվտանգությունը: 2016 թվականին մենք առաջնորդվել ենք «պատրաստված հրամանատար, արհեստավարժ բանակ, ապահով հայրենիք» կարգախոսով և տարին հայտարարել հրամանատարական պատրաստության տարի, ինչը նշանակում է, որ շեշտը դրվե լու է հրամանատարների գիտելիքների, հմտությունների և ունակությունների կատարելագործման վրա, որոնք էլ ապահովելու են ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ընդհանուր զարգացումն ու առաջընթացը: Թեկուզ առաջին կիսամյակը եղել է չափազանց լարված և դժվար, այնուամենայնիվ, զինված ուժերն իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրը պատվով են կատարել: Մենք առաջին հերթին սահմանների պաշտպանության, մարտական հերթափոխի իրականացմամբ ապահովել ենք հայ ժողովրդի անդորրը», - նշեց նախարարը:

Սեյրան Օհանյանը մարտական գործողություններում հաղթական ելք ապահովելու հարցում կարևորեց երկու հանգամանք՝ զինվորի պատրաստվածությունը և սպառազինությունն ու ռազմական տեխնիկան: Նա ընդգծեց, որ, խոսելով զինվորի մասին, պետք է շեշտել ընդհանուր մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման համակարգի ձևավորման մասին, ինչը առաջնահերթ է ՀՀ զինված ուժերում: Նախարարի խոսքով` ամենակարևոր խնդիրըհ շարունակում է մնալ համալրումը: Օհանյանը շեշտեց, որ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում կրթության բարձր մակարդակ ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: 

Պաշտպանության նախարարն ընդգծց նաև, որ քառօրյա պատերազմի վերլուծությունից կատարվել են մի շարք կարևոր եզրահանգումներ: Մասնավորապես, «մենք վեր հանեցինք այն բոլոր դրական կողմերը, որոնք հիմք են հադիսացել հաջողությունների և հաղթանակների համար և, իհարկե, համապատասխան հետևություներ են արել նաև բացթողումների և լրացումների վերաբերյալ: Այդ ամենը հաշվի առնելով` ուսումնական գործընթացի բոլոր փուլերի ընթացքում ուշադրություն ենք դարձրել քառօրյա պատերազմում ունեցած դրական արդյունքների վրա և եկել այն եզրակացության, որ վերջին տարիներին զինված ուժերի ռազմական պլանը ամբողջ ությամբ աշխատում է»:

Օհանյանը շեշտեց, որ մեծ դեր է կարատարում նաև սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի վիճակը, դրա նկատմամբ հոգատար վերաբերմունքը, շահագործման բարձր մակարդակը, որը թույլ է տվել տարբեր փուլերի ընթացքում կատարել պաշտպանության բանակի առջև դրված բոլոր խնդիրները: «Իհարկե, հաշվի առնելով թույլ տված սխալները` մենք իրականացրել ենք տարբեր տեսակի զորավարժություններ և մարզումներ, որի հիմքում ընկած է նոր մարտավարության, գործողությունների նոր ձևերի, մարտակարգերի ձևավորման հարցը»,-  նշեց նախարարը:
