Երևանի ջերմաէլեկտրակայանը դարձել է պարտքերի անհատակ հոր.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«ՀՀ կառավարությունը իր առաջիկա նիստում որոշում է կայացնելու Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ի պարտքերի ևս մի «խմբաքանակ» փակելու մասին։ Խոսքը ավելի քան 10 միլիարդ դրամի մասին է:
ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշաոների նախարարությունը կառավարության նիստի օրակարգ է մտցրել մի նախագիծ, որով ենթադրվում է համայնքների և այլ սուբյեկտների տնօրինության տակ գտնվող գազաբաշխման ցանցերն ու համակարգերը ամբողջությամբ ներառել Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ի հաշվեկշռում, իսկ Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ը իր հերթին այդ ունեցվածքը տալու է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությանը որպես վերջինիս ունեցած պարտքի մի մասի մարում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ երկու շաբաթ առաջ նույն այդ կառավարությունը մոտ 1.7 միլիարդ դրամ մի փոքր այլ սխեմայով կրկին տրամադրեց Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ին, որպեսզի վերջինս այն էլի փոխանցի «Գազպրոմ Արմենիային» որպես կուտակված պարտքի մարում։ Այսպիսով կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կառավարությունը մոտ 12 միլիարդ դրամ է տվել Երևան ՋԷԿ-ի պարտքերի մարմանը և դեռ հայտնի չէ, թե էլի որքան պետք է տա, որպեսզի պարտքը ամբողջությամբ մարվի։ Ինչպես է գոյացել այդ պարտքը, ով է մեղավոր, ինչու պետք է պետությունը մարի այդ պարտքը։ Ըստ ամենայնի խոսքը «Նաիրիտի» կատակած պարտքի մարման մասին է սակայն այդ մասին կառավարությունը համառորեն լռում է»,–գրում է թերթը։
