Ի՞նչ ոստիկան, որ չբացահայտեց եղբոր ծեծը.«Հրապարակ»

«Երևանի նոր ոստիկանապետ Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանը, որն այդ պաշտոնում փոխարինեց Սարի թաղի դեպքերում աչքի ընկած Աշոտ Կարապետյանին, հին ու բարի ոստիկանի համբավ ունի՝ մեր իրավապահ համակարգի ակունքներում կանգնած։ Նրա առաջին աշխատատեղը նորանկախ Հայաստանի միլիցիայում եղել է Երևանի Էրեբունու քրեական հետախուզության բաժնում, որտեղ Մարտիրոսյանը հասարակ օպեր էր։ Իսկ վերջին պաշտոնը Շիրակի մարզային վարչության պետն էր, որին նշանակվեց 2016 թվականի մարտին։ Մինչ այդ նա ղեկավարել է Շիրակի մարզային վարչության Մարալիկի, ապա Մուշի բաժինները։ Ի դեպ, Մարտիրոսյանը երկու անգամ է Երևանից իր ծննդավայր Շիրակ տեղափոխվել և հակառակը, այնպես որ՝ «պետուշոկի» կամ, ինչպես Գյումրիում են ասում՝ «միջուկի» համբավ էլ ունի, ում հանում են, Մարտիրոսյանին են դնում տեղը։ Այնուամենայնիվ պետք է նկատել, որ Երևանի նոր ոստիկանապետը, չնայած հարուստ կենսագրությանը, աղմկոտ պատմությունների հերոս չի դարձել, մամուլի բերանը «վատով» չի ընկել։ Այնպես որ, այս օրերին, երբ նա նշանակվեց Երևանի ոստիկանապետ, նրա մասին հիշելու բան գրեթե չկա, և թերևս միակ հիշարժան փաստն այն է, որ Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանը տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի հետ լավ կապեր ունի։ Այդ կապերի հիմքը հարևանությունն է։ Մարտիրոսյանն ու Բեգլարյանը հարևաններ են։ Երկրորդ փաստը, որը դեռ չեն մոռացել Գյումրիում, այն է, որ Երևանի նոր ոստիկանապետը Գյումրիի ընտանեկան բժշկության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Արտյուշ Ասատրյանի հորեղբորորդին է, որի վրա այս տարվա մարտի 25-ին հարձակվել էին դիմակավորված անձինք, մահակներով ծեծի ենթարկել և դանակահարել։ Արտյուշ Ասատրյանը վաղ առավոտյան դուրս Էր եկել տնից և պատրաստվում էր աշխատանքի գնալ, բայց դրա փոխարեն մի քանի օր ստիպված եղավ անցկացնել հիվանդանոցում։ Այդ ժամանակ Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանը նոր Էր նշանակվել մարզի վարչության պետ, և գյումրեցիք հույս ունեին, որ գործն արագ կբացահայտվի։ Ապարդյուն։ Դեպքն այդպես Էլ չբացահայտվեց, և գյումրեցիք իրենց դատն արեցին, ինչ ոստիկան Է, որ չբացահայտեց իր եղբոր ծեծը»,–գրում է թերթը։
