Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ուկրաինայի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Իվան Կուխտային, ով ավարտում է դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը մեր երկրում:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել դեսպան Կուխտային՝ պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածում հայ-ուկրաինական բարեկամության ամրապնդման գործում ունեցած ներդրման եւդիվանագիտական առաքելությունը պատշաճ իրականացնելու համար: Հանրապետության նախագահը հաջողություններ է մաղթել Իվան Կուխտային հետագա գործունեության մեջ:
ՀՀ նախագահը եւ Ուկրաինայի դեսպանը համակարծիք են եղել, որ Հայաստանում հարգալից վերաբերմունք կա ուկրաինացի ժողովրդի եւ Ուկրաինայի նկատմամբ: Իվան Կուխտան այդ կապակցությամբ գոհունակությամբ է փաստել, որ նախօրեին Հայաստանում ուկրաինական համայնքի հետ հանդիպմանը վերստին զգացել է այդ ուշադրությունը եւ հոգատար վերաբերմունքը, որ տարիներ շարունակ ցուցաբերվում է համայնքի նկատմամբ: Նա վստահեցրել է, որ Ուկրաինայում բնակվող բավականին ակտիվ հայ համայնքի նկատմամբ եւս նույնպիսի վերաբերմունք կա:
Դեսպան Կուխտան շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հանրապետության նախագահին եւ ՀՀ պետական բոլոր մարմիններին՝ իր պաշտոնավարման ժամանակահատվածում արդյունավետ համագործակցության եւ աջակցության համար:
Զրուցակիցները հույս են հայտնել, որ Ուկրաինայում հնարավորինս շուտ խաղաղություն կվերահաստատվի, ինչը նոր հնարավորություններ կբացի նաեւ հայ-ուկրաինական համագործակցության մեծ ներուժը տնտեսական եւ այլ ոլորտներում լիարժեք օգտագործելու համար:
