Թուրքիայում Հրանտ Դինքի գործով եւս մեկ կասկածյալ է ձերբակալվել

Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով հետաքննության շրջանակում եւս մեկ կասկածյալ է ձերբակալվել:

Դա կասկածյալ Էմրե Ջինգյոզն է: Նա ձերբակալվել է «դիտավորյալ մարդ սպանելու հանցագործությանը մասնակից լինելու» հիմնավորմամբ: Ես 4 կասկածյալներ «դատական վերահսկողության տակ գտնվելու պայմանով» ազատ են արձակվել:
Կայքը հայտնում է, որ այսպիսով` Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության հետ կապված անցկացվող հետաքննության շրջանակում բերման ենթարկված մեծ թվով կասկածյալներից ներկայում կալանվածների թիվը հասել է 4-ի:
Դատարանի վճռով Էմրե Ջինգյոզից բացի կալանվել են Ստամբուլի քաղաքային ժանդարմերիայի հետախուզական բաժանմունքի աշխատակից Աբդուլլահ Դինչը, Յավուզ Բոզջան եւ Տրապիզոնի քաղաքային ժանդարմերիայի հետախուզական բաժնի աշխատակից Էրգյուն Յորուլմազը: Լրագրող Էրջան Գյունի եւ որոշ կասկածյալների նկատմամբ հետաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
CNNTurk լրատվական գործակալությունն ավելի վաղ հաղորդել էր, որ Ստամբուլի հանրապետական դատախազության կողմից Դինքի սպանության գործով հետաքննության շրջանակում ձեռք բերած հեռախոսային ձայնագրություններից պարզ էր դարձել, որ սպանության օրը մարդասպան Օգյուն Սամասթին հետեւել են թուրքական ժանդարմերիայի հետախուզական ծառայության 6 աշխատակիցներ:
Սպանության վայրում տեսախցիկների վերստուգումից բացահայտվել է ժանդարմերիայի մեկ կապիտանի եւ 5 ենթասպայի ինքնությունը, որոնցից մի քանիսը շարունակում են ծառայությունը, իսկ մի քանիսն էլ արդեն անցել են թոշակի:
Տեսախցիկների գրանցումների եւ հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների քննությունից պարզվել է, որ սպանության նախորդ օրը հիշյալ «իրավապահները» զբոսնել են «Ակոս»-ի խմբագրատան մոտ, որտեղ սպանվել էր Դինքը: Նրանք նույն տեղում հայտնվել են նաեւ սպանության օրը` սպանությունից երկու ժամ առաջ: Նրանք հետեւել են Օգյուն Սամասթին այն պահից սկսած, երբ նա ժամանել է դեպքի վայր: Ժանդարմները մարդասպանին որոշ ժամանակ հետեւել են սպանությունից հետո եւս:
Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրության առջեւ նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից:
Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին պետք է առաջադրվեր «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման եւ կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, որոշումներ էին ընդունվել Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ:
