Վրացագետը կանխատեսում է, որ Վրաստանի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում հայ պատգամավորների թիվը կնվազի

Վրաստանի խորհրդարանում այժմ երեք հայ պատգամավորներ կան, սակայն առաջիկա ընտրությունների արդյունքում հնարավոր է նրանց թիվը կրճատվի: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` օգոստոսի 10-ին լրագրողների հանդիպման ժամանակ վրացագետ Ալիկ Էրոյանցը անդրադարձել է հոկտեմբերի 8-ին Վրաստանում կայանալիÖ „ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին և ընտրապայքարում ազգությամբ հայ պատգամավորների թեկնածությունների առաջադրմանը:
Վրացագետը, դիտարկելով նախորդ և առաջիկա ընտրությունները, նշեց, որ ներկայում ևս երկու հիմնական քաղաքական ուժեր են հաղթելու լուրջ հավակնություն ներկայացնում` իշխող «Վրացական երազանք» և ընդիմադիր «Միացյալ ազգային շարժում» կուսակցությունները: Վերջինիս հիմնադիրը երկրի նախկին նախագահ Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլին է:
Էրոյանցի ներկայացմամբ` այս ընտրությունների առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ նախորդ ընտրություններում իշխող և ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների տեղերը տարբեր էին` «Միացյալ ազգային շարժում»-ն իշխող էր, իսկ «Վրացական երազանք»-ը` ընդդիմադիր:
«Գործող իշխանությունն ունեցել է և՛ ձեռբերումներ, և՛ ձախողումներ: Չնայած դրան նրանք կարողանում են պահպանել առավելությունը: Դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ հասարակության հիշողության մեջ դեռևս պահպանվել են «Միացյալ ազգային շարժում» կուսակցության իշխանության ժամանակ դրսևորվող վատ երևույթները: Այնուամենայնիվ, որպես լուրջ ընդդիմոթյուն այն իր հավակնություններն ունի»,- նշեց վրացագետը:
Ինչ վերաբերվում է ընտրություններում ազգությամբ հայ թեկնածուներին, Էրոյանցը նշեց, որ ընտրական օրենսգրքի հետ կապված փոփոխությունների հետևանքով համայնքները միացվեցին և հիմա Ախալքալաքի և Նինոծմինդայի շրջաններում մեկ թեկնածու կարող են առաջադրվել: Էրոյանցի տեղեկացմամբ` առաջադրումներն արդեն եղել են և «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության կողմից ներկայացվել է Հենզել Մկոյանի թեկնածությունը:
«Մեծմասնական տեղերի կրճատումը հայ համայնքում բուռն քննադատություների առիթ տվեց: Կուսակցությունները հանդես եկան հայտարարությամբ, թե իբր համամասնական ցուցակում կընդգրկեն հայ թեկնածուների` փորձելով այդ թիվը պահպանել: Թե որքանով կպահպանվի պարզ կլինի հետագայում: Սակայն այս պարագայում կարծում եմ կարևոր է այն, թե որքանով ազգությամբ հայ պատգամավորները ակտիվ կլինեն խորհդարանում և ինչպես կպաշտպանեն հայության շահերը: Ներկա խորհրդարանում այդքան էլ ակտիվ չեն եղել: Հույս ունենանք որ հաջորդում ավելի ակտիվ կլինեն»,- նշեց վրացագետը:
