«Սև ամպեր են կուտակվել Արթիկի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցների գլխին: «Ժողովուրդ»-ին հասած լուրերի համաձայն՝ նախօրեին իրավապահները խուզարկություն են կատարել Արթիկի քաղաքապետարանում, որտեղից առգրավվել են բազմաթիվ փաստաթղթեր: Ըստ տարածված լուրերի` իրավապահները հայտնաբերել են բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների տրամադրված տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության կեղծ կտրոններ: Տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության կտրոնները քաղաքացիները, ըստ կարգի, ձեռք են բերում միայն բանկերից, սակայն ինչ-ինչ հանգամանքներում այդ կտրոնները հայտնաբերվել են քաղաքապետարանի աշխատասենյակներից մեկում: Ըստ պտտվող լուրերի՝ քաղաքապետարանի հայտնաբերված կեղծ փաստաթղթերի հիմքում կանգնած է ԱԺ ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Մուշեղ Պետոյանի աներորդին, որը Արթիկի քաղաքապետարանի եկամուտների հաշվառման և հավաքագրման բաժնի պետն է՝ Կարեն Բիչախչյանը:

«Ժողովուրդ»–ը փորձեց վերջինից պարզել, թե ինչ փաստաթղթեր են իրավապահները առգրավել, և թե ինչ կապ ունի նա քաղաքացիների տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության կեղծ կտրոնների հետ։ Կ. Բիչախչյանը պատասխանեց. «Նման տեղեկություն չունեմ, նման բան հայտնաբերել են, թե ոչ, և ես էլ կապ չունեմ դրա հետ։ Ինչ հարցով Դուք զանգահարել եք, դրա հետ կապ չունեմ, իսկ եթե կան մարդիկ, որ իմ անունը կապում են դրա հետ, թող փաստարկներ բերեն, այլ ոչ թե միայն անուն կապեն»։

Արթիկում տարածված լուրերի համաձայն՝ այս պատմության մեջ խառն է նաև պատգամավոր Պետոյանի վարորդը՝ Գևորգ անունով, որն առավել հայտնի է Բոքս մականունով»,–գրում է թերթը։
