Ուկրաինայում դադարեցրել են սպասարկել ադրբեջանական վճարային համակարգը

Ուկրաինայի բանկերը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցրել են աշխատանքը Ադրբեջանի Caspian Money Transfer միջազգային դրամական փոխանցումների համակարգի հետ` կապված ադրբեջանական «Զեմին» բանկի կողմից ժամանակավոր ադմինիստրացիա մտցնելու հետ, որը հանդիսանում է համակարգի հիմնադիրը եւ հաշվարկային կենտրոնը:
Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներն այդ առնչությամբ հայտնում են, որ հուլիսի վերջին Ադրբեջանի ֆինասական շուկաների վերահսկողության պալատը որոշել է չեղարկել Parabank, Zaminbank, Kredobank и Dekabank բանկերի գործունեության թույլատրությունը: Պատճառն այն է, որ այդ բանկերի ակտիվները օրենսդրությամբ դասակարգված չեն, նրանք համարժեք ռեզերվներ չեն ստեղծել, եւ նշված բանկերի գումարային կապիտալը չի համապատասխանում նվազագույն պահանջին (50 մլն մանաթ): Արդյունքում այդ բանկերում ժամանակավոր ադմինիստրատորներ են նշանակվել:
Azadilq.info լրատվական կայքի համաձայն` Բաքվում ավելի վաղ անցկացված մամուլի ասուլիսում Ադրբեջանի հարկերի փոխնախարար Իլքին Վելիեւը հայտարարել էր, որ ընթացիկ տարում բանկային հատվածից հարկային վճարումներում 30 տոկոս է նվազում է գրանցվել:
2016 թվականի հունվար-փետրվարին Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկը վերացրել է 7 բանկի գործունեության թույլտվությունը, մի շարք բանկերի էլ միավորվելու առաջարկներ արել:
«Թուրան»-ը հայտնում է, որ Ադրբեջանում այս տարվա ընթացքում արդեն 8 բանկ փակվել է:
Ադրբեջանի բանկային հատվածը կրախի է ենթարկվել: Անցյալ տարվա ընթացքում ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի 100 տոկոսից ավելի արժեզրկվելու, բնակչության կողմից դոլարով վերցրած վարկերը վերադարձնելու գործում ծագած դժվարություններն ավելի են մեծացրել խնդրահարույց վարկերի ծավալը: Միայն այս տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանում չեղարկվել է Texnikabank, Bank of Azerbaijan, NBCBank, Qafqaz İnkisaf Banki, Atrabank, Gancabank եւ United Credit Bank բանկերի գործունեության թույլտվությունները: Փակվել են նաեւ «Դեմիրբանկ»-ի 4 բաժանմունքները: Ադրբեջանում բանկերի փակվելու այդ գործընթացը շարունակվում է, հաղորդ ել է «Թուրան»-ը:
Նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկումն սկսվելուց ի վեր Ադրբեջանում մինչ այժմ մոտ 18 բանկ է փակվել: Haqqin.az կայքն ավելի վաղ մեջբերել էր սոցցանցերում հայտնված ադրբեջանական բանկերից մեկի` Atlant Bank-ի` բանջարեղենի եւ մրգերի վաճառակետի վերածված լուսանկարը, որը հանդիսանում է Ադրբեջանի բանկային համակարգի կրախի ակնառու օրինակ:
