Անկախ եղանակից, իսկ ամռանը, հատկապես, յուրաքանչյուր կնոջ համար դեմքի խնամքը պետք է առաջնային կարեւորություն համարվի:

Դեմքը ճիշտ խնամելու վերաբերյալ Life.panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում իր մասնագիտական խորհուրդներն է տվել «ԼԻՏՏԵ» բժշկական կոսմետոլոգիական կենտրոնի մաշկաբան-կոսմետոլոգ Սոնա Սարգսյանը:

«Անկախ եղանակից՝ դեմքի խնամքը ճիշտ կազմակերպելու համար կարեւոր է մաշկի տեսակը, որն էլ թելադրում է խնամքի տարբերակները: Իհարկե, կանայք մեծամասամբ գիտեն իրենց մաշկը յուղոտ է, չոր, թե կոմբինացված: Օրինակ՝ յուղոտ մաշկին ակտիվ, սնուցող քսուկներ, ծանրացնող դիմահարդարում, խիտ տոնային կրեմ պետք չէ, քանի որ դրանք կարող են էլ ավելի խցանել ծակոտիներն ու բարձրացնել յուղայնությունը»,- նշեց մաշկաբանն ու ավելացրեց.

«Ինչ վերաբերվում է ամառային խնամքին, առաջին հերթին մաշկի ճիշտ մաքրումն է՝ ընտրելով ճիշտ լվացող ու մաքրող միջոցներ, երկրորդ հերթին, անկախ մաշկի տեսակից, թույլ հիմքով խոնավեցնող քսուկների, նրբաքսուկների օգտագործումն է, եւ երրորդ կարեւոր պայմանը արեւապաշտպան քսուկներն են, որոնք պետք է պարտադիր լինեն մեր ձեռքի տակ: Հիշեք՝ անկախ նրանից մենք կլինենք ծովափում, թե ոչ, արեւապաշտպան քսուկները մեր երկրի կլիմայի պայմաններում պարտադիր են, իհարկե, դրանք էլ պետք է ընտրել ըստ համապատասխան ինդեքսների: Ի դեպ՝ այս պարագայում պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ արեւապաշտպան քսուկները հատկապես պարտադիր են բաց մաշկ ունեցողներին, այդ խմբի կանայք պետք է պարբերաբար թարմացնեն այդ քսուկները՝ մաշկը պաշտպանելու համար»:

Անդրադառնալով տնային պայմաններում մաշկը խնամելու բնական միջոցներին՝ կոսմետոլոգը խորհուրդ տվեց.

«Քանի որ ամռան պայմաններում շատ են հատապտուղները, մրգերն ու բանջարեղենները, դրանք կարելի է օգտագործել նաեւ մեր խնամքի համար: Ընդ որում հարկավոր չէ անգամ հատուկ դիմակներ պատրաստել, բավական է վերցնել այն հատապտուղները կամ մրգերը, ինչպես եւ բանջարեղենները, որոնք իրենց մեջ թթվային երանգ են պարունակում եւ տարածել դեմքին, քանի որ այդպիսի մթերքները մտնում են նաեւ մի շարք կոսմետիկ միջոցների կազմության մեջ: Այդ մթերքները ոչ միայն կսնուցեն, այլեւ կմաքրեն ու կթարմացնեն մեր մաշկը: Նշեմ, որ եթե մաշկը շատ չոր է, ապա տվյալ մթերքին կարելի է ավելացնել նաեւ այլ բաղադրիչ՝ թթվասեր, յուղեր»:

«Տնային պայմաններում դեմքը մաքրելու շատ հեշտ ու էֆեկտիվ եղանակ է նաեւ սառցե խորանարդիկներով դեմքը մաքրելը, ընդ որում սառցե խորանարդիկներ կարելի է պատրաստել եւ միայն մաքուր ջրով, եւ դրանց մեջ լցնելով կիտրոնահյութի մի քանի կաթիլներ, ինչպես նաեւ կարելի է պատրաստել ոչ շատ թունդ կանաչ թեյ ու դա սառցե խորանարդիկների վերածել: Սակայն այս պարագայում շեշտեմ, որ խորանարդիկները պետք է դեմքի վրա տարածել ըստ մաշկի մերսման գծերի ուղղության՝ այն շատ չձգելով. Այս պրոցեդուրան շատ շոգ եղանակին կարելի է անգամ օրը երկու անգամ կիրառել»,- զրույցն ավարտեց Սոնա Սարգսյանը:
