Մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել Սարի թաղում լրագրողների գործունեությանը խոչընդոտող երկու անձանց

 ՀՀ հատուկքննչական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում, որ մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել Սարի թաղում լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտող և խմբով խուլիգանություն կատարող երկու անձանց։ Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հ Հ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված է. «2016թ. հուլիսի 29-ի լույս 30-ի գիշերը Երևան քաղաքի Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելը), 309-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (բռնությամբ զուգորդված պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելը) և 164-րդ հոդվածի (լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելը) հատկանիշներով հարուցված և քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում իրակա նացված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում երկու անձանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:  Քաղաքացիներ Վլադիմիր Մ.-ն և Սեյրան Կ.-ն մեղադրվում են հիշյալ դեպքերի ընթացքում լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու և խմբով խուլիգանություն կատարելու մեջ:

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին:

Նախաքննության հետագա ընթացքի և արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության կողմից պարբերաբար կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն:  

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով»:
