«Ժողովուրդ». «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ գլխավոր տնօրենն իր կնոջը բուժելու համար արտերկիր է տարել

«Հայաստանի լրատվական դաշտը պարբերաբար ալեկոծվում է նորածնի կամ երիտասարդ ծննդկանի մահանալու մասին հերթական լուրից։ Վերջին դեպքը «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ում գրանցվեց հուլիսի 29-ին, երբ «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ում հաշվառված ծննդկան մահացավ, իսկ հաջորդ օրը նաև նորածնի մահվան բոթը ստացվեց։

Այս հիվանդանոցում տարօրինակ հանգամանքներում ևս մի կին է մահացել, ինչի մասին «Ժողովուրդ»–ին պատմել են նրա հարազատները։ Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել մեկ տարի առաջ։ Պարզվում է՝ կնոջը վիրահատելուց երկու օր հետո նրան տուն են ուղարկել՝պատճառաբանելով թե նրա վիճակն արդեն կարգավորվել է, բայց 54-ամյա կինը վիրահատությունից մեկ շաբաթ անց մահացել է։
Այն, որ հիվանդանոցները պետք է ձգտեն ամեն կերպ թաքցնել և արդարացնել իրենց բժիշկների անփութությունը, անմարդկայնությունը, անտարբերությունն ու սառնասրտությունը, անշուշտ, հասկանալի է, հատկապես մահվան դեպքերի մասով։ Բայց Հայաստանի առողջապահության նախարարության և նրա ենթակայության տակ գտնվող տարբեր տեսչությունների խնդիրն էլ հենց նման դեպքերը ստուգելը, բացահայտելն ու բացառելն է։ Բայց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը՝որպես ոլորտի վերահսկողության պատասխանատու, պակաս անփութությամբ աչքի չի ընկնում։ Նա սովորաբար արձագանքում է մահվան դեպքերից հետո՝սրտաճմլիկ ցավակցական տեքստով ու պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հոխորտանքներով և ոչ ավելին։ Կասկածից վեր է, որ նույն Արմեն Մուրադյանն իր հիվանդ հարազատներին բուժելու համար նրանց տեղափոխում կամ օգնում է տեղափոխել արտերկիր։ Ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես վերը նշված «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ գլխավոր տնօրեն Սերգեյ Ուռումյանը։ Նա էլ իր կնոջն է արտերկիր տարել՝ բուժման։ Այսինքն՝ առողջապահության ոլորտի կոնկրետ պատասխանատուները՝ վերից վար, հենց իրենք են անտերության մատնում այդ համակարգը՝ հույսները դնելով «դրսի բժշկության» վրա։

Ի դեպ, մամուլի հրապարակումների համաձայն՝ «Շենգավիթ» ԲԿ-ի սեփականատերերից մեկն էլ ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Շավարշ Քոչարյանի ընտանիքն է։ Վերջինիս որդին՝Տիգրան Քոչարյանը, նշված հիվանդանոցի ախտորոշման բաժանմունքի ղեկավարն է»,–գրում է թերթը։
