Մոսկվայում օգոստոսի 10-ին Հայաստանի եւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահների հանդիպումն իր մեջ պարունակում է բացասական եւ վտանգավոր կարեւորություն: Այս մասին այսօր` օգոստոսի 12-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց քաղաքագետ Հայկ Մարտիրոսյանը` նշելով, որ այդ հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել է Ադրբեջանին տարածքների հանձման հարցը:
«Հանդիպումները կարեւոր էին, սակայն, բացասական եւ վտանգավոր կարեւորության հետ գործ ունենք: Որքան էլ որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները թաքցնեն հանդիպումների իրական նպատակը, բոլորին էլ պարզ է, որ քննարկվում է տարածքների հանձնման խնդիրը: Բազում տեղեկություններ կան` ինչի մասին են իրականում բանակցությունները եղել եւ այս համատեքստում ցանկացած հանդիպում, մեզ համար կործանարար է: Հողեր հանձնելը նշանկում է պարտություն եւ այս հանդիպումները տանում են դեպի դա»,-ասաց նա:
Քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ բանակցությունները եղել են Հայաստանի պարտության շուրջ եւ այս բանակցությունները կտանեն մի իրավիճակի, որ ռազմական հարձակում տեղի ունենա եւ Հայաստանը հողերն հանձնի ոչ թե ստորագրությամբ, այլ պատերազմի իմիտացիայի ներքո.
«Ռազմական հարձակում կլինի եւ այդ ժամանակ հայկական զինուժը երկու անգամ ավելի անպաշտպան կլինի, քան ապրիլին էր: Հայկական ուժերը պարտություն կկրեն, հետո իշխանությունները կասեն` ինչ անենք չկարողացանք, անակնկալ հարձակում էր եւ այդպիսով հողերը կհանձնեն»,-ասաց նա:
