Միջազգային դոնորների աջակցությունը Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին աճել է 160 տոկոսով

Վերջին տարիներին միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների կողմից Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին օժանդակությունն ավելացել է շուրջ 160 տոկոսով: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Հարությունյանը: «Վերջին տարիներին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության համագործակցությունը միջազգային կառույցների հետ ավելի է ակտիվացել և համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված բավական արդյունավետ ծրագրեր են իրականացվել»,-նշեց փոխնախարարը: Նրա խոսքով` ծրագրերը ներառում են ողջ հանրապետության տարածքը: «Եվրամիությունը, բացի Տավուշի, Արարատի ու Արմավիրի մազերից, բոլոր շրջաններում գործում է: ԱՄՆ Միջազգային Զարգացման Գրասենյակը ծրագրեր է իրականացնում բոլոր մարզերում: ԵՄ նոր ծրագիրը ավելի շատ շեշտադրում կանի Արարատի ու Արմավիրի մարզերի վրա, քանի որ առաջ ին փուլի ծրագրերում նրանք ներգրավված չեն եղել: Ռուսական դրամաշնորհը միայն ուղղված է Տավուշի մարզին»,-հայտնեց Արմեն Հարությունյանը` նշելով, սակայն, որ շահառուների թվի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության չեն տիրապետում:

Պաշտոնյայի տեղեկացմամբ` ԵՄ-ի կողմից օժանդակությունը 25 միլիոն եվրո է` ուղղված ENPARD ծրագրին, ներկայում քննարկվում ենք ENPARD 2-ը, որը կարժենա 10 միլիոն եվրո: «Օրգանական գյուղատնտեսության» ծրագիրը 2.8 միլիոն եվրո է: Ավստրիայի զարգացման գործակալության ընդհանուր պորտֆելը 4 միլիոն եվրո է, Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման գործակալության կողմից մինչև 2019-ի վերջ նախատեսվում է շուրջ 20 միլիոն եվրոյի օժանդակություն` տարբեր գործիքների  ու միջոցառումների տեսքով: ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ-ի կողմից տրամադրվել է 5.6 միլիոն դոլար` «Մաքուր էներգիա և ջուր» ծրագրի համար, որի մեջ մտնում է նաև ձկնաբուծության արդիականացումը, 2 ԱՄՆ դոլար` «Աջակցություն համատարած հաշվառմանը», 4 միլիոն դոլար` «Գործընկերություն հանուն գյուղական համայնքների», 4 միլիոն դոլար` «Գյուղի զարգացման արդի նախաձեռնության»-ը, 2.5 միլիոն դոլարի օժանդակություն Ագրոբիզնեսի ուսումնական կենտրոնին:

ՄԱԿ-ի Պերենի ու գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպության կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի միջին արժեքը 600 հազար եվրո է, ներկայում ընթացքի մեջ է երեք ծրագիր` 1.8 միլիոն եվրո ընդհանուր  արժեքով:

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից ֆինանսավորվում է Տավուշի մարզերում «Գյուղի ու գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման» ծրագիրը` 5 միլիոն դոլարի չափով` 3-5 տարվա տևողությամբ:
