Աշխարհի ամենահայտնի ամերիկահայ, ռեալիթի շոուի աստղերից ամենաավագը՝ Քորթնի Քարդաշյանը, այսօր դարձավ 37 տարեկան:
Բոլորիս էլ հայտնի է Քարդաշյանների կրքով լիցքավորված «ծանր հրետանու» ազդեցությունը աշխարհի տղամարդկանց վրա. Լոս-Անջելեսյան ժպիտ, կրքոտ մարմին ու ձայն, փոքր-ինչ «վայրի» գեղեցկություն և վե՛րջ… Արական սեռին պատկանող մի ողջ աշխարհ աչքերը չռած ընկնում է «մտածմունքների» մեջ: Եվ առաջին հայացքից հեշտությամբ ձեռք բերելի թվացող այդ արտաքինը, իրականում պահանջում է (բացի գենետիկայից) որոշակի քրտնաջան աշխատանք: Քորթնիի ծննդյան առթիվ մի փոքր խոսենք նրա սննդից ու մարզումներից:
Մեծ ասորտի մայրիկի տանը
Քորթնին քաղցրասեր է, և առավել ևս, չի ուտում «թեթև և յուղազերծված կերակուրներ»: Ասում է, որ երբեք չի կարողացել դիետա պահել և պատմում է, որ շաբաթը երկու անգամ ընտանիքով հավաքվում են մայրիկի տանը և ուտում ապուրներ, աղցաններ, պաստա, բրինձ, մսագնդիկներ: Նա նախընտրում է ամեն ինչից մի քիչ: Դիետոլոգ, «Nutrition at Your Fingertips» գրքի հեղինակ, Էլայզա Զայդը պնդում է, որ դա նորմալ է և համարում է, որ Քորթնին օգտագործում է առողջ սնունդ:

09:00 Օրը սկսվում է մեկ գդալ յուղից՝ այն հալեցնում է և խմում: Դա յուրահատուկ բան է, այդքան էլ համեղ չէ, բայց օգտակար է:
09:30 Քորթնին ֆազաներով է անցնում, որոնց ընթացքում ամեն առավոտ ուտում է միևնույն բանը: Պատրաստում է շեյք կաթից, նուշից, խնձորից, բանանից, դարչինից, հիլի փոշուց, վարդագույն ջրից, սառույցից և մի գնդիկ վանիլից: Կեսօրին վայելում է ամենաբարձր որակի հավով, նուշով և պանգասիուս ձկով չինական աղցան, և դրան գումարած՝ մի կտոր հաց:
12:30 Կեսօրից հետո Ճաշից հետո միշտ մի քաղցր բան անպայման ուտում է:
16:00 Սաղմոն սպիտակ Բիսմաթի բրինձով և տան պայմաններում յուղով տապակած կաղամբով: Շաբաթը մի քանի անգամ ընտանիքով հավաքվում և ըմբոշխնում են այդ ուտելիքը:
