Երակների վարիկոզ լայնացումը տարածված խնդիր է։ Այս հիվանդության ժամանակ  ենթամաշկային երակային համակարգը կորցնում է իր էլաստիկությունը, որի արդյուքնում անոթները ձգվում են և ի հայտ է գալիս անհավասար լայնացում: Դրանց գործառույթի խանգարումը հանգեցնում է,  այսպես կոչված ռեֆլուկսի, որը նշանակում է արյան հոսք հակառակ ուղղությամբ:

Այս հիվանդությունն առավել տարածված է կանանց մոտ։ Հիվանդությունը կարող է առաջացնել ցավ, հոգնածություն, այրող զգացում, ոտքերի դող։

Հիվանդության առաջացման հիմնական պատճառներից են ժառանգականությունը, կանգնած աշխատանքը, գիրությունը, հղիությունը, հակաբեղմնավորիչ հաբերի օգտագործումը։

Այս հիվանդության դեմ պայքարի համար կան դեղորայքային և վիրահատական միջոցներ։ Սակայն, մինչ վերոնշյալ թանկարժեք միջոցներին դիմելը՝  կարելի է փորձել տնային պայմանններում նվազեցնել հիվանդության տարածումը, կանխել խորացումը։

Երակների վարիկոզ լայնացման դեմ պայքարելու համար լայն տարածում ունի խնձորի քացախը։

Մաքուր խնձորի քացախը հրաշալի միջոց է։ Օրգանիզմը մաքրող այս բնական միջոցը նաև բարելավում է արյան հոսքը և շրջանառությունը։ Երբ արյունը սկսում է նորմալ շրջանառություն կատարել, բնական է, որ երակների վարիկոզ լայնացումը կնվազի։

Ինչպես օգտագործել․մաքուր խնձորի քացախը քսել լայնացած երակների վրա և նրբորեն մերսել այդ հատածը։

Այս գործողությունը կրկնել ամեն օր՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան՝ քնելուց առաջ։ Այս մեթոդը մեկ և ավելի ամիս կիրառելուց հետո երակների լայնացումը զգալիորեն կնվազի։

Առավել լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար, վերոնշյալ մեթոդի հետ համատեղ, կարող եք 2 թեյի գդալ քացախը լցնել մեկ բաժակ ջրի մեջ, լավ խառնել և խմել օրը երկու անգամ։

Այս միջոցը առանձին կիրառելու դեպքում ևս արդյունքը տեսանելի կլինի 1 ամիսից։
