Մշտական հոգնածության ամենաակնհայտ պատճառներն են անեմիան, շաքարախտը, հիպոտիրեոզը ու հեպատիտ Ց-ն։ Սակայն հոգնածությունը կարող է ունենալ նաեւ քողարկված պատճառներ, որոնց մասին Դուք չեք էլ կռահում։ Դրանց մասին պատմել է բժշկուհի Բրենդա Փաուելը։
1․Սննդակարգում ֆասթ ֆուդի ավելցուկը
Եթե Ձեր սննդակարգում շատ են տրանս-ճարպերը, հագեցած ճարպերը, վերամշակված մթերքները ու շաքարը ՝ ապա Դուք ամենայն հավանականությամբ, մշտապես եռանդի ու ուժերի պակաս կզգաք։ Բոլոր այդ տեսակի մթերքները խորհուրդ են տալիս փոխարինել ավելի օգտակարով՝ ձկնեղենով, ընկույզով, սերմերով ու ոլոռազգիներով։
2․ Սննդարար նյութերի պակաս
Ժամանակակից շատ մթերքներում օրգանիզմի համար բավարար վիտամինների ու միներալների՝ օրինակ յոդի ու սելենիումի պակաս կա։ Այդ դեպքում Ձեր ինքնազգացողությունը կլավանա վիտամինների ու միներալների հաբեր ընդունելուց։
3․ Օմեգա -3 –ի պակաս
