Բոլոր երեխաներն էլ երբեմն չեն ենթարկվում իրենց ծնողներին: Սակայն եթե մի երեխայի համար վատ պահվածքը կարող է օրենքից բացառություն լինել, ապա, ցավոք, մյուսների համար դա կարող է օրենք լինել: Վատ պահվածքը երեխաների մոտ ձևավորում են ծնողները, և այդ ամենը չգիտակցելով՝ նրանք ավելի են լրջացնում իրավիճակը:

Այսօր ձեզ կբացատրենք, թե ծնողի ինչպիսի պահվաքն է խրախուսում երեխայի վատ պահվածքը:

  1. Անհետևողականություն

    Դուք ձեր երեխային ասում եք, որ նա այսօր այլևս կոնֆետ չի ուտելու: Երեխան զայրույթի պոռթկումներ է ունենում, և դուք նրան ևս մեկ կոնֆետ եք տալիս: Այսպիսի պահվածքով դուք ձեր երեխաների մոտ զարգացնում եք այն միտքը, որ ամեն անգամ երբ նա զայրանա, դուք անելու եք այն ամենը, ինչը ինքը ցանկանում է:

  2. Պատժի չիրականացված խոստումները

Մենք բոլորս էլ գոնե մեկ անգամ հանդիպել ենք ծնողների, ովքեր դատարկ սպառնալիքներ են տալիս իրենց երեխաներին: «Եթե դու կրկին այդպես անես, այլևս հեռուստացույց չես նայելու»/ «Ես քեզ այլևս չեմ տանելու խաղի, եթե նորից այդպես անես»/ «Այլևս ոչ մի պաղպաղակ...» և այլն: Այս ամենն ասելուց հետո, իհարկե, ոչինչ էլ չի փոխվում, քանի որ ծնողները մոռանում են այդ խոստումների մասին: Իսկ երեխաներն էլ շարունակում են անել այն, ինչը իրենց արգելվել էր: Ինչու՞ ոչ: Միևնույն է նրանք գիտեն, որ ոչ մի վատ հետևանք դա չի ունենա:

  1. Զուր արդարացումներ

    «Նա հոգնած է:» «Նա ուղղակի երեխա է:» «Նրանք սոված են:» Իհարկե, մենք չպետք է ակնկալենք, որ մեր երեխաները պետք է իդեալական լինեն: Դա անհնար է: Նրանք կարող են սոված կամ հոգնած լինել, կամ վատ տրամադրություն ունենալ: Սա ավելի հատուկ է փոքրիկ տարիքի երեխաներին, երբ նրանք դեռ դժվարանում են արտահայտել իրենց զգացմունքները: Նույնիսկ ավելի մեծ երեխաները կարող են համառ լինել: Սակայն ձեր երեխայի համար արդարացումներ բերելը ամենևին էլ ճիշտ չէ:

    Ըստ հոգեբանների՝ սպառնալը ամենևին էլ ճիշտ լուծում չէ, քանի որ այն կարող է ճակատագրական լինել: Մի խումբ գիտնականների փորձեր ցույց են տվել, որ այն երեխաները, ում սպառնացել են պատժել, ավելի հակված էին սուտ խոսելուն:

  3. Գոռալ

    Այն փաստը, որ դուք ձեր ձայնը բարձրացնում եք, չի նշանակում, որ ձեր երեխան կլսի ձեզ և կպատասխանի ձեր պահանջներին: Եվ նույնիսկ եթե նա պատասխանում է, ապա դա երկարատև արդյունք չի ունենա: Երեխայի հետ այս կերպ վարվելով՝ դուք կարող եք վնասել ձեր և երեխայի հարաբերությունները:

  4. Ֆիզիկական պատիժ

Ըստ տարբեր ուսումնասիրությունների՝ եթե երեխային ֆիզիկական պատժի են ենթարկում, նա կարող է ավելի ագրեսիվ և փակ դառնալ, իսկ ինքնագնահատականը կարող է իջնել: Այս երեխաները ամենայն հավանականությամբ կսովորեն խուսափել ցավից, և ոչ թե հասկանալ, թե ինչը պետք է փոխել իրենց պահվածքի մեջ:

  1. Ժպտալ երեխայի սխալ պահվածքի վրա

    Ձեզ համար կարող է հաճելի լինել այն տեսարանը, երբ ձեր երեխան սրճարանում հենվում է աթոռին և երգում, կամ երբ մատներով է ուտում իր ճաշը: Այնուամենայնիվ՝ ձեզ շրջապատող մարդկանց դժվար թե դա դուր գա: Ձեր երեխաները կշարունակեն անել այն, ինչ ցանկանում են, եթե դուք նրանց չհիշեցնեք, թե ինչպես պետք է իրենց պահեն հասարակական վայրերում:

Իհարկե, շատ բաներ կախված են երեխայի տարիքից: Փոքրիկ երեխաները չեն հասկանում ինչն է լավ, իսկ ինչը՝ վատ: Փոխարենը նրանք ամեն ինչը սպունգի նման կլանում են, և եթե հասկանան, թե ինչն է լավ և ինչը վատ, նրանք ավելի քիչ խնդիրներ կունենան ապագայում: Սակայն հիշեք՝ երեխային վերակրթելը շատ ավելի դժվար է:
