Պլաստմասսե շշերը միկրոբների աղբյուր են

Շատերը պլաստմասսե շշերով ամեն օր ջուր են խմում և ուրախանում այն փաստով, որ ամեն օր նույն պլաստմասսե շշով ջուր խմելով իրենց չափոց պահպանում են բնությունը և միևնույն ժամանակ շատ ջուր խմում:

Ֆիզիկական վարժություններ անելուց հետո ձեր ծարավը հագեցնելը շատ կարևոր է, սակայն պարզվում է, որ դա կարող է ձեր՝ վատառողջ զգալու պատճառը դառնալ:

Ըստ մի նոր ուսումնասիրության՝ պլաստմասսե շշերն ավելի շատ միկրոբներ են պարունակում, քան զուգարանակոնքը: Ավելին՝ պլաստմասսե շշի բազմակի օգտագործումը կարող է ավելի վատ լինել, քան ձեր շան խաղալիքը լիզելը:

Թեստերը պարզել են, որ հազարավոր խոնավություն սիրող բակտերիաներ հավաքվում են շշի եզրերին և կափարիչներին:

TreadmillReviews.net-ը ուսումնասիրել է 12 բազմակի օգտագործված շշե, որոնք մարզիկները օգտագործել էին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում:

Պարզվում է, որ միջինում մեկ պլաստմասսե շշի մեջ կա ավելի քան 300.000 բակտերիա առաջացնող խմբեր: Գուցե զարմանալի թվա, բայց այդ բակտերիաներից շատերը ամենավնասակարներն էին՝ հայտնի որպես պրոտեոբակտերիաներ, ինչպիսիք են Է.կոլին և սալմոնելլան: Կային նաև բակտերիաներ, որոնք կապված էին մաշկային ինֆեկցիաների, թոքերի բորբոքման, ինչպես նաև արյան վարակների հետ:

 

Պարզվում է, որ սահեցվող կափարիչով շշերը (slide-top bottle) ամենաշատ բակտերիաներ պարունակողն էին. դրանք միջինոմ ունեին 900.000 բակտերիա առաջացնող խմբեր 1 քառակուսի սանտիմետրում:

Այդ շշերն ունեին ամենաշատ կոկկուս բակտերիան, որը կապված է մաշկային ինֆեկցիաների, թոքերի բորբոքման և արյան վարակների հետ:

Սեղմվող կափարիչով շշերը (squeeze-top bottle) հաջորդն էին այդ ցանկում. դրանք 1սմ/ք-ում արտադրում էին 162.000 բակտերիա առաջացնող խմբեր:

Իսկ սովորական պտտվող կափարիչով շշերը ունեին մոտավորապես 160.000 բակտերիա առաջացնող խմբեր 1 սմ/ք-ում:

Ձողիկով շշերը այս ուսումնասիրության մեջ հաղթողներ ճանաչվեցին, քանի որ դրանք ունեին ընդհամենը 25 բակտերիա առաջացնող խմբեր 1սմ/ք-ում:

Պատճառը կարող է լինել այն, որ ջուրը գնում է շշի ներքևում գտնով ձողիկի մոտ և այդտեղից հասնում խմողին, իսկ բակտերիաները մնում են վերևում:

Ըստ թեստի արդյունքերի՝ ավելի շատ խորհուրդ է տրվում օգտագործել ձողիկով շշերը:

Չնայած ոչ մի փորձ չի արվել խանութից գնված սովորական շշալցված ջրի բազմակի օգտագործման վնասի մասին, սակայն ուսումնասիրողները պնդում են, որ արդյունքը նույնն է լինելու, այսինքն, բակտերիաների քանակը կրկին շատ բարձր է լինելու:

Միսսուրիի վեբ-կայքերից մեկն ասում է, որ պողպատից շշերն ավելի լավն են և անվնաս, քան պլաստմասսե շշերը:
