Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրի շրջանառությունը 50 տոկոսով նվազել է

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրի շրջանառության դրական հաշվեմնացորդը 50 տոկոսով նվազել է: Այս տարվա հունվար-հունիսին Ադրբեջանի արտաքին առեւտրի շրջանառությունը կազմել է 10 մլրդ 325,9 մլն դոլար: Արդյունքում 2 մլրդ 231,5 մլն դոլարի դրական առեւտրային հաշվեմնացորդ է ստեղծվել, ինչը կիսով չափ պակաս է անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ:

Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնում է «Ազադլըգ»-ը` հղում կատարելով Ադրբեջանի պետական վիճակագրական կոմիտեի հրապարակմանը:

Թերթի հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Օգթայ Հաքվերդիեւը համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ արտաքին առեւտրում դրական սալդոյի նվազումն առկա տնտեսական ճգնաժամի արդյունք է:

Նրա խոսքով` ճգնաժամն իրեն ցուցադրում էր տարվա սկզբից եւ շարունակվում է այժմ եւս: Փորձագետը նշում է, որ ժամանակ առաջ Ադրբեջանի արտահանման կառուցվածքում նավթի մասնաբաժինը հասել էր 93 տոկոսի:

«Այժմ կառուցվածքը փոխվել է եւ նավթի տեսակարար կշիռը արտահանման մեջ նվազել է: Գինն ընկնելու հետ` նվազում է նաեւ արտահանման ծավալը: Ճիշտ է` ներկրման մեջ էլ է նվազում դիտվում, սակայն, դա արտահանման մեջ եղածի մակարդակի չէ», -նշել է նա:

Փորձագետը նշում է, որ արտաքին առեւտրում դրական սալդոյի նվազման արդյունքը դիտվում է վճարման բալանսում:

«Դա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանում չեն կարողանում օգտվել եկամուտներից եւ պարզ ասած` «սնվում ենք պահուստից»: Պետությունը պահելու համար պարտադրված ենք օգտվել այդ միջոցից: Իսկ դա դրական ավարտ չի կարող ունենալ», -ընդգծել է նա: 

Թերթի համաձայն` Ադրբեջանի ֆինանսների նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ Ադրբեջանի պետական բյուջեն 2016 թվականի 7 ամիսների կտրվածքով կատարվել է 1,2 մլրդ մանաթ (մոտ 600 մլն դոլար) ճեղքվածքով, որը կազմում է ՀՆԱ-ի 3,7 տոկոսը:
