Ինչպես լավացնել տեսողությունը տնային պայմաններում

Ժամանակակից աշխարհում, երբ աշխատանքը կապված է համակարգչի հետ, իսկ ազատ ժամերին գիրք ենք կարդում կամ նայում հեռուստացույց, շատ դժվար է պահպանել տեսողությունը: Չափազանց լարվածությունը որպես կանոն բերում է տեսողության վատացմանը:
Այս խնդրին կարելի է դիմակայել, եթե իմանալ մի քանի հասարակ կանոն:
Տեսողությունը լավացնելու համար մարզեք աչքերը
Ակնաբույժերը խորհուրդ են տալիս հանգստանալ մոնիտորից ամեն երկու ժամ` 15 րոպեով: Ամենահեշտ մարզանքը աչքերի համար պտտացնել աչքերը ժամացույցի սլաքի ուղղությամբ և հակառակը, սեղմել կամ բացել-փակել: Այդպիսի մարզանքը օրը 2-3 անգամ կօգնի լավացնել տեսողությունը:
Օգտակար խորհուրդներ` տեսողության ամրապնդման համար
Նրանք, ովքեր օրական 8 ժամ անց են կացնում համակարգչի դիմաց, պետք է մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնեն տեսողությանը:
Մոնիտորի կենտրոնը պետք է աչքերի մակարդակից 8-10 սմ ցածր լինի: Ամենահարմար հեռավորությունը պետք է լինի մոնիտորի երկու չափսը:
Տեքստի հետ աշխատելու ժամանակ, հետևեք, որ տառաչափերը շատ մանր չլինեն: Առավել հարմարը համարվում է 14 չափսը:
Խուսափեք սպիտակ ֆոնից: Էկրանի վրա սպիտակ կետերից աչքերը շուտ են հոգնում, իսկ սևերից՝ ոչ:
Աչքերը հանգստացնելու համար օրվա վերջում դրանց վրա դրեք հում կարտոֆիլի բարակ շերտ և թողեք 2-3 րոպե:
Մթերքներ՝ տեսողության լավացման համար
Սպանախ. Այն կարելի է ընդունել ինչպես առանձին, այնպես էլ աղցանների մեջ։
Հապալաս. Տեսողության համար լավ են ինչպես հում հատապտուղները, այնպես էլ մուրաբան:
Գազար. Այն լավ է մարսվում և հում, և խաշած վիճակում։
Եգիպտացորեն. Այս մթերքի մեջ գոյություն ունի մոտ 2մլ լյուտեին և զեակսանտին՝ պիգմենտներ, որոնք կարևոր դեր են խաղում ցանցաթաղանթի վերականգման մեջ:
