1. Ասեք «ՈՉ» ծանուցումներին
Անջատեք ծանուցումների ռեժիմը, թողեք միայն խիստ անհրաժեշտը (օրինակ՝ հեռախոսային զանգեր): Ամեն մի ձայնային ազդանշան շեղում է Ձեզ և չի թողնում ուղեղին կենտրոնանալ գործի վրա, իսկ դա էլ իր հերթին առաջ է բերում գրգռվածություն և հրահրում է ընդհանուր առմամբ դժգոհության:

Փորձեք կրճատել Ձեր գործերի ցուցակը, ընտրեք ամենակարևորները կամ ամենահրատապը և կատարեք դրանք: Որքան հրաշալի է մտածել. «Ես արեցի այն ամենը՝ ինչ նախատեսել էի»:
3. Միաժամանակ մի կատարեք տարբեր գործեր
Պետք է վերադառնալ մեկ գործով զբաղվելու արվեստին: Եթե սկզբում դժվար լինի՝ մի հուսահատվեք, այլ մտածեք այդ ունակության մասին, ինչպես մկանի: Մարզեք այն և ժամանակի ընթացքում կկարողանաք չշեղվել: Դրանում բավական շատ օգուտ կա՝ Դուք կկարողանաք ավարտին հասցնել սկսածը և ձեռք կբերեք յուրաքանչյուր դժվարությանը դիմակայող մարդու մտածելակերպ:
