Սերժ Սարգսյանը Բրազիլիայի մայրաքաղաքում մասնակցել է ՀՀ դեսպանության շենքի հիմնարկեքի արարողությանը

 Աշխատանքային այցով Բրազիլիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում գտնվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մայրաքաղաք Բրազիլիայում մասնակցել է Բրազիլիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանության շենքի հիմնարկեքի արարողությանը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հիմնարկեքի արարողությանը մասնակցել են նաև ԲԴՀ արտաքին հարաբերությունների նախարար Ժոզե Սերան, Բրազիլիայում հավատարմագրված դեսպաններ, բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետներ և հայկական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ:

ՀՀ դեսպանությանը հատկացված տարածքը կազմում է 15.750 քառակուսի մետր: 
Համաձայն ս.թ. մայիսի 10-ին Բրազիլիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Աշոտ Գալոյանի և Սան Պաուլոյում Հայաստանի պատվո հյուպատոս, համայնքային ակնառու գործիչ և բարերար Հիլդա Դիրուհի Բուրմայանի միջև ստորագրված փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի՝ դեսպանության շենքը կառուցվում է Բուրմայան ընտանիքի և մասնավորապես՝ բարերար Հիլդա Դիրուհի Բուրմայանի նվիրատվությամբ: Դեսպանության շենքի շինարարական աշխատանքները նախատեսված է ավարտին հասցնել առավելագույնը 12 ամսում:

Հիմնարկեքի արարողության ընթացքում ելույթներով հանդես են եկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի և Բրազիլիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության արտաքին հարաբերությունների նախարարները:

«Մեր բարեկամությունը սկսել է 1992 թվականից և վերջերս շատ ավելի ամրապնդվել է, անշուշտ, նաև ձեր ներկայությամբ այստեղ, պարոն Նախագահ: Այն համաձայնությունները, որ ստորագրեցինք էլ ավելի պետք է ամրապնդեն մեր բարեկամությունը և մեր երկկողմ հարաբերությունները: Վստահ եղեք, որ այս հարաբերությունները ավելի պետք է ամրապնդվեն տնտեսական ներդրումների և առողջապահական ոլորտներում: Եվ այս արարողությունը, որ տեղի է ունենում դեսպանատանը, պետք է լինի հիմք մեր երկու երկրների միջև նոր և ապագայի բարգավաճ ու խոստումնալից հարաբերությունների համար»,- իր ե լույթում ասել է ԲԴՀ արտաքին հարաբերությունների նախարար Ժոզե Սերան:

«Հետադարձ հայացք նետելով համատեղ անցած ուղու վրա, կարող ենք փաստել, որ Հայաստանի և Բրազիլիայի միջև տարբեր ոլորտներում ձևավորվել և ամրապնդվել են բազմաբնույթ կապեր: 
Նախագահ Սարգսյանի այս այցը, վստահաբար, արգասաբեր հիմք է հանդիսանալու նոր խոստումնալից նախաձեռնություններով մեր ընդհանուր օրակարգի համալրման, հայ-բրազիլական հարաբերությունները որակապես նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու համար։ Մենք ունենք բոլոր հնարավորությունները, որպեսզի Հայաստանն ու Բրազիլիան բարեկամության, հարգանքի և վստահության հիմքի վրա առավել ամրապնդեն սերտ հարաբերությունները երկու պետությունների ու ժողովուրդների միջև։ Սա է այն գլխավոր ուղերձը, որը մենք այժմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի ներկայությամբ զետեղելու ենք նոր դեսպանատան հիմքում»,-իր ելույթում ասել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:

Հիմնարկեքի արարողության ավարտին ստորագրվել է համատեղ հուշաթերթ և պարկուճ դրվել կառուցվող դեսպանատան հիմքում:
