Շատերը երազում են գեղեցիկ,սպիտակն և առողջ ատամների մասին, սկայն քչերն են համարձակվում քիմիական սպիտակեցման ճանապարհով հասնել ուզածին։ Մենք գտել ենք մի քանի ընթացակարգեր, որոնք կարելի անել տանը և զգալիորեն սպիտակեցնել ատամները։ Ահա այդ 9 ընթացակարգերը։
Յուրահատուկ մածուկ
Խառնում են 1 ճաշի գդալ քրքումը, նույն քանակով մաքուր կոկոսի յուղը և 2 – 3 կաթիլ անանուխի յուղը։ Ստացվածը օգտագործում ենք ատամի մածուկի փոխարեն։ Արդյունքում ատեմերը ավելի ամրանում և սպիտակում են։
Թեյի ծառի յուղ
Եթե դուք 100% մաքրությամբ թեյի ծառի յուղի 5 կաթիլ լուծեք կես բաժակ ջրի մեջ և ողողումներ անեք ամեն օր՝ ատամները լվանալուց հետո, ապա զգալի արդյունքներ կհասնենք 1 – 2 շաբաթի ընթացքում։ Ձեր ատամները զգալիորեն կսպիտակեն։
Ելակի մածուկ
Վերցրեք թարմ ելակ և ճզմեք այն։ Այնուհետև ստացվածին ավելիացրեք ամենաբարձր որակի ծովի աղ և ստացված քսուքով դանդաղ տրորեք ատամները 2 – 4 րոպե։ Այնուհետև լավ ողողեք բերանը սառը ջրով։ Էմալը չվնասելու համար սպիտակեցման այս տարբերակից օգտվեք շաբաթեկան 2 անգամից ոչ հաճախ։
Կոկոսի յուղ
Կոկոսի յուղը քսեք ձեր ատամներին դրանք լավանալուց 15 – 20 րոպե առաջ իսկ հետո լավ լվացրեք ատամները։ Կրկենք այս ամենը շաբաթեկան 2 – 3 անգամ։
Ակտիվացված ածուխ
Ակտիվացված ածուխը փշրեք և խառնեք ջրի հետ՝ մինչև կստացվի թթվասերի խտության զանգված։ Ապա զանգվածը քսեք ատամներին, սպասեք 2 րոպե և մանրակրկիտ ողողեք բերանը։ Այս ամենից հետո լվացրեք Ձեր ատամները սովորական մածուկով։ Կրկնեք շաբաթեկան 1 կամ 2 անգամ։
Բանանի կեղև
Բանանի կեղևը պարունակում է նյութեր, որոնք օգնում են քայքայել ատամնափառը և ատմաները բերել բռնական և գեղեցիկ սպիտակ գույնի։ Պետք է կեղևի ներսի մասով տրորել ատամները և սպասել 5 – 7 րոպե։ Ապա կարելի է լվանալ ատամները։ Այս ամենը կարող էք կրկնել այնքնա, ինչքան կցանկանաք։
Լիմոնի հյութ
Այս հյութով ողողումները կօգնեն Ձեզ աստիճանաբար սպիտակեցնել ատամները և թարմ շնչառութուն ունենալ։ Վերցրեք 3 բաժին լիմոնի թարմ մզվածք և 1 բաժին խոշոր աղ ու խառնեք այդ ամենը։ Ստացված հյութով ողողումներ կատարեք ատամները լվանալուց անմիջապես հետո։ Կրկնեք շաբաթեկան 2 – 3 անգամ։
Ռեհանի տերևներ
Ճզմեք թարմ ռեհանի տերևները այնքնա, որ խյուս ստացվի և օգտագործեք դա սովորական ատամի մածուկի փոխարեն։ Այս եղանակով դուք կսպիտակեցենք ձեր ատաները, ինչպես նաև կամրապնդեք էմալը։
Ալոե վերա
Առավելագույն արդյունքին հասնելու համար օգտագորեք ալոե վերաի թարմ հյութը կամ բնական գել, որը պատրաստված է ալոեից։ Զանգվածը քսեք ատամներին և խոզանակի օգնությամբ դանդաղ տրորեք, ինչից հետո մանրակրկիտ ողողեք բերանը սառը ջրով։ Սա կարող է անել ամեն անգամ ատամները մաքրելուց հետո։ Ընդհամենը մի քանի շաբաթվա ընթացքում փայլուն պայթառ և գեղեցիկ ատամներ կունենաք։
