Երբեմն սիրային զույգերի փոխհարաբերությունները նույնիսկ երկար տարիների շփումից հետո կարող են կտրուկ վատթարանալ՝ ընդհուպ մինչև բաժանում:

Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք մի շարք պատճառներ, որոնք կարող ենք հանգեցնել բաժանման:

1. «Ընթերցած գիրք»: Տարիների ընթացքում դժվար է լինում պահպանել առեղծվածային լինելը, անգամ հնարավոր է, որ ձեր զուգընկերը ձեզ համար կանխատեսելի և ասես «ընթերցված գրքի» նմանվի: Այս խնդիրը կարող եք լուծել բացեիբաց զրուցելով:

2. Գլոբալ փոփոխություն: Օրինակ, կյանքի որևէ փուլում փոփոխությունը հանգեցնում է հետաքրքրությունների փոփոխության: Հետաքրքրությունների տարբերությունն էլ ստիպում է մարդկանց հեռանալ միմյանցից: Սակայն եթե ցանկություն կա պահպանել հարաբերությունները, ապա պետք է ստեծղված իրավիճակը քննարկել և նոր ընդհանրություններ գտնել:

3. Սեռական հարաբերություններ: Միօրինակությունը կարող է վատ հետևանքներ ունենալ: Հարաբերություններում հնարավոր է մի փուլ լինի, երբ զույգերը գիտակցեն, որ սեռական հարաբերություններն իրենց համար այլևս հատուկ ցանկություն չեն, իսկ սեքսը առօրյա զբաղմունք է դարձել: Շատ կարևոր է այս փուլում ցանկությունների, ակնկալիքների մասին խոսել:

4. Ուշադրության բացակայություն: Հարաբերությունների սկզբում աղջիկները պատրաստ են ժամերով լսել իրենց սիրելիին, հաջողություններ մաղթել, բարձր գնահատական տալ: Ժամանակի հետ այս լսելու կարողությունն, ասես, «լքում»  է աղջիկներին և վերջիններս կարող են հրաժարվել լսել իրենց սիրելիին: Սա կարող է անտեսված լինելու զգացում առաջացնել տղամարդկանց մոտ: Եթե ընտանիքում, հարաբերություններում բավարար չափով ուշադրություն չկա, ապա խնդիրները գնալով կշատանան: Հնարավորինս լսող և համբերատար պետք է լինել:

5. Ավելորդ խանդ: Ոչ ոք չի ցանկանում ավելորդ տեղը մեղավոր զգալ: Զուգընկերոջ առօրյան մղձավանջի վերածելը՝ ուղղակի նրան չվստահելու պատճառով, կարող է անդառնալի հետք թողնել: Վստահությունը հարաբերությունների կարևոր հիմքն է համարվում:
