Հալեպի քաղաքացիական բնակչությունն օրհասական վիճակում Է. ՄԱԿ-ի հանձնաժողով

Սիրիայի Հալեպ քաղաքի քաղաքացիական բնակչության վիճակն օրհասական Է: Այդ մասին օգոստոսի 16-ին հայտնել Է ՄԱԿ-ին առընթեր Սիրիայում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների հետաքննության հանձնաժողովը:
Ժնեւում տարածված հայտարարության մեջ հանձնաժողովը «լուրջ անհանգստություն Է հայտնել քաղաքացիական այն անձանց, ներառյալ 100 հազար երեխաների անվտանգության կապակցությամբ», որոնք, առկա տվյալների համաձայն, գտնվում են քաղաքի արեւելյան մասում: Հանձնաժողովն ընդգծում Է, որ «բռնությունն այնտեղ վերջին շաբաթներին ավելի Է սաստկացել զինված խմբավորումների ձեռքում գտնվող արվարձանների եւ նրանց մատակարարման հիմնական ուղիների», ներառյալ Կաստելլո տանող ճանապարհի նկատմամբ վերահսկողության համար մարտերի սրման պայմաններում: «Հալեպի քաղաք ացիական անձանց վիճակն օրհասական Է եւ անհապաղ ուշադրություն եւ արձագանք Է պահանջում»,-ասված Է փաստաթղթում:
Հանձնաժողովը հիշեցնում Է «կառավարական ու կառավարամետ ուժերի կողմից» Հալեպ քաղաքի արվարձանների ամենօրյա ռմբակոծումների մասին: Իր հերթին քաղաքի այն շրջաններում, որոնք վերահսկվում են կառավարության կողմից, մեծ թվով քաղաքացիական անձինք են զոհվում «զինված խմբավորումների կողմից անկանոն հրետակոծումների հետեւանքով», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
