Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին կմատակարարի նույն սպառազինությունն, ինչ Ադրբեջանին. «Իզվեստիա»

 Ռուսաստանն արդեն սկսել է 200 միլիոն դոլարի վարկի դիմաց Հայաստանին զենքի մատակարարումը: Այս մասին գրում է ռուսական«Իզվեստիա» թերթը՝ «Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանին կմատակարարի նույն զենքը, ինչ Ադրբեջանին» խորագրով հոդվածում:

Թերթը գրում է, որ բացի Հայաստանին ռազմական տեխնիկա մատակարարելուց, Ռուսաստանը կզբաղվի նաև զենքերը սպասարկող հայ մասնագետների վերապատրաստման աշխատանքներով: Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունից հաստատել են, որ զենքի մատակարարման աշխատանքները սկսվել են, սակայն հրաժարվել են հրապարակել մատակարավող զենքերի ցանկը: Փորձագետները ենթադրում են, որ խոսքն առաջին հերթին գնում է սպառազինության ծանր համակարգերի մասին, որոնք էականորեն կբարելավեն հայկական զինված ուժերի հնարավորությունները: Թերթը, հղում կատարելով իր աղբյուրին, նշում է, որ թեև զենքի մատակարարումն արդեն սկսվել է, սակայն կողմերը դեռևս վերջնականապես չեն հստակեցրել մատակարարվող սպառազինության ցանկը: «Զենքի մատակարարման գործընթացն արդեն սկսվել է, զուգահեռաբար կիրականացվի նաև մասնագետների վերապատրաստումը և համապատասխան տեխնիկական աշխատանքները»,- թերթի հետ զրույցում ասել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:

Հեղինակը հիշեցնում է «Իզվեստիա» թերթի հրապարակումներից մեկը, որի համաձայն Հայաստանը  մտադիր է Ռուսաստանից  ձեռք բերել «Սմերչ» և ТОС-1А համակարգեր, Игла-С հրթիռային համակարգեր, 9М113М կառավարվող հրթիռներ, РПГ-26 նռնականետեր, «Դրագունովի» դիպուկահար զենքեր, Тигр զրահամեքենաներ:

Այնուհետև թերթը հիշեցնում է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի խոսքերը օգոստոսի 10-ին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ. «Ինչ վերաբերում է սպառազինությանը, գոյություն ունի Հայաստանի հետ աշխատելու ծրագիր: Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ է, մեր դաշնակիցն է: Մենք փոխադարձ պարտավորություններ ունենք, և Ռուսաստանը միշտ կատարում է իր պարտավորությունները»:

«Սպառազինության արտահանում» ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիր Անդրեյ Ֆրոլովը նշել է, որ Մոսկվան Հայաստանին մատակարարում է նույն զենքը, ինչ ավելի վաղ ՌԴ-ից գնել է Ադրբեջանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ սպառազինությունը, անկասկած, կբարելավի ռազմական հավասարակշռությունը ի օգուտ Հայաստանի: Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ռազմական բյուջեների տարբերությունը շատ մեծ է։ Այս պայմաններում հնարավոր է միայն հստակ հասցեագրված ներդրումներով իրավիճակը չհասցնել կրիտիկականի: Դա կուժեղացնի հայերին և կապահովի տարածաշրջանում ուժերի հավասարակշռությունը»,- ասել է փորձա գետը:
