Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 16-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։

Ժամը 13։30-ի սահմաններում Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Արաբկիր զբոսայգու մոտակայքում՝ Հրազդան գետում քաղաքացի է ջրահեղձվում և նրան շտապ դուրս բերելու համար անհրաժեշտ է փրկարարների միջամտությունը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել թիվ 5 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկով։ Ժամանել են նաև ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ փրկարար ծառայության լեյտենանտ Արամ Մանասյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել է նաև հոգեբանական խորհրդատվության գծով հրահանգիչ, փրկարար ծառայության լեյտենանտ Սարգսյանը։

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ փրկարարներն ու քաղաքացիները գետի մեջ, հսկայական քարի վրա հայտնաբերել են կանգնած վիճակում ու անօգնական 30-ամյա Հարություն Իլանգյոզյանին, ով գետի ուժեղ վարարման հոսքի պատճառով չի կարողանում դուրս գալ ափ։ Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև 1-03 շտապօգնության բժիշկները, ովքեր տեղում զննելով քաղաքացուն՝ հայտնեցին, որ բարեբախտաբար նա վնասվածքներ չունի։

Այնուհետև դեպքի վայր են ժամանում թիվ 17 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը և հրշեջ-փրկարարները հատուկ ճոպանների միջոցով կարողանում են քաղաքացուն դուրս բերել անվտանգ վայր:
