ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող անչափահաս աղջիկը հայտնաբերվել է: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի 
տեղեկատվության և հասարակայն ության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու համար:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին` ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, Հին Երևանցու փողոցում Երևան քաղաքի երկու բնակիչներ՝ քույրը և եղբայրը, չենթարկվելով ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ՊՊԾ գնդի 1-ին գումարտակի ոստիկանների` ապօրինի ավտոկայանատեղի կազմակերպելը դադարեցնելու և ոստիկանության բաժին ներկայանալու օրինական պահանջին, վիճաբանել են վերջիններիս հետ, որի ժամանակ եղբայրը՝ ծնված 1998թ., հրաժարվել է ներկայանալ ոստիկանության բաժին: Երբ ոստիկանները փորձել են վերջինիս բերման ենթարկել, նրա անչափահաս քույրը՝ ծնված 20 00թ.,  ձեռքին եղած մետաղյա առարկայով հարվածել է ոստիկանության սերժանտ Ա.Հակոբյանի գլխին և հայհոյել ոստիկանության ծառայողներին:

2016թ. օգոստոսի 5-ին քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել՝ անձին որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում 2016թ. օգոստոսի 11-ին Երևանի անչափահաս բնակչուհին հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ծնողի հսկողությանը հանձնելը: Վերջինիս մայրը ճանաչվել է անչափահասի օրինական ներկայացուցիչ:

Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրամեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
