Մեկնարկեց Սեւանի բժշկական կենտրոնի նոր շենքի կառուցումը

Սեւան քաղաքի պոլիկլինիկայի շենքի տարածքում մեկնարկեցին Սեւանի բժշկական կենտրոնի նոր շենքի կառուցման աշխատանքները:

«Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկին ներկա գտնվեցին Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը, ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարության «Առողջապահական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակի» տնօրեն Նելսոն Զուլոյանը, Սեւանի բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Գայանե Էլիզբարյանը, պաշտոնական այլ անձինք:

«Այս պահին իրականացվում են տարածքը ծառերից եւ թփերից մաքրելու, շինարարության անվտանգության գոտին ցանկապատելու, հիմքերի նախապատրաստման աշխատանքները: Շինարարության ընդհանուր տարածքը 1370 քառակուսի մետր է: Աշխատանքների ընդհանուր ավարտը նախատեսված է 2018 թվականի օգոստոս ամիսը: Շինարարության պատվիրատուն ՀՀ ԱՆ «Առողջապահական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակն է»-ներկայացրեց շինարարական աշխատանքներն իրականացնող «Բիտեկ» ՍՊԸ ներկայացուցիչը:

Սեւանի նորակառույց բժշկական կենտրոնը լինելու է երկու մասնաշենք եւ ունեցող երկհարկանի կառույց՝ 43 մահճակալով՝ հագեցած ժամանակակից բուժսարքավորումներով եւ ամենաարդիական պայմաններով:«Հայաստանի անկախության 25 տարիների ընթացքում սա տիպային երրորդ առողջապահական կառույցն է լինելու՝ հագեցած արդիական լավագույն պայմաններով: Շենքը կառուցվում է «Համաշխարհային բանկ»-ի միջոցներով եւ ՀՀ կառավարության համաֆինանսավորմամբ: Շինարարական պայմանագրով շենքի կառուցման համար հատկացվել է 885 միլիոն դրամ, ժամանակակից բուժսարքավորումների եւ գո ւյքի ձեռքբերման համար՝ 750 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Վերջին տարիների ընթացքում, մանավանդ 2008 թվականից հետո, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի առողջապահական համակարգի արդիականացման համար ՀՀ կառավարության եւ «Համաշխարհային բանկ»-ի կողմից կատարված ներդրումները կազմել են 3,5 միլիարդ դրամ՝ չհաշված Սեւանի բժշկական կենտրոնի համար կատարված ներդրումը»,-նշեց ՀՀ ԱՆ «Առողջապահական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ»-ի տնօրեն Նելսոն Զուլոյանը:

Սեւանի բժշկական կենտրոնի կառուցման մեկնարկի եւ նշանակության մասին իր գնահատականը տվեց նաեւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:«Սեւանին շատ էր անհրաժեշտ միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան բժշկական կենտրոնի շենք: Սա սեւանցիների համար լինելու է դարի կառույց, անգնահատելի նվեր  եւ արդյունավետորեն  ծառայելու է բնակչության կարիքներին: Սեւանի բժշկական կենտրոնի նոր շենքի կառուցումն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախընտրական ծրագրում, ինչն արդեն իրականություն է դառնում: Մարզպետարանը  կաջակցի շենքի կառուցման եւ վե րազինման ընթացքում ծագած բոլոր խնդիրներում»-նշեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:
