Սարի թաղի գործով եւս երկու անձ է ձերբակալվել

Ձերբակալվել է եւս երկու անձ՝ հուլիսի 29-ի լույս 30-ի գիշերը Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով: այս ամսին հայտնում են Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում շարունակվում է 2016թ. հուլիսի 29-ի լույս 30-ի գիշերը Երեւան քաղաքի Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի վերաբերյալ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելը), 309-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի (բռնությամբ զուգորդված պաշտոնեական լիազորություններն անցնելը) եւ 164-րդ հոդվածի (լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելը) հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել եւ ձերբակալվել են քաղաքացիներ Դ.Կ.-ն եւ Գ.Ա.-ն՝ առերեւույթ հանցագործություններ կատարելու, այդ թվում՝ լրագրողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու կասկածանքով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նույն հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար նախկինում մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել երկու այլ անձանց՝ Վ.Մ.-ին եւ Ս.Կ.-ին: Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել էր կալանավորումը:
Այսպիսով, 2016թ. օգոստոսի 17-ի դրությամբ՝ Սարի թաղում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով քրեական հետապնդում է իրականացվում 4 անձի նկատմամբ:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը եւ նրա հետ համագործակցող իրավապահ մյուս մարմինները շարունակում են ձեռնարկել դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, առերեւույթ հանցանք կատարած անձանց նույնականացնելու եւ հայտնաբերելու համար անհրաժեշտ ինչպես քննչական ու դատավարական, այնպես էլ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
