Ջոնի Դեփն ու Էմբեր Հերդը պայմանավորվել են ապահարզանի պայմանների մասին: Ակնկալվող ամենաաղմկահարույց ապահարզանի գործընթացն ավարտվեց նույնքան արագ, որքան սկսվել էր: 30-ամյա դերասանուհին հետ է վերցրել հայցն ու այլեւս նախկին ամուսնուն ամուսնական բռնության մեջ չի մեղադրում:
Ըստ TMZ-ի՝ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են գումարի մասին, որը 53-ամյա դերասանը վճարելու է Էմբերին: Վերջինը, ի դեպ, նույնիսկ հրաժարվել է արգելքից, որը Ջոնիին կպարտադրեր 100 մետր հեռավորություն պահպանել: Այս հայցը հետ է կանչվել՝ պայմանով, որ Էմբերը երբեք չի կարողանա այն նորից ներկայացնել:
Փոխարենը դերասանուհին 7 մլն դոլարի հատուցում կստանա՝ չնայած նախապես 8 միլիոնի հույս ուներ: Դերասանները նաեւ իրենց ամուսնալուծության հետ կապված պաշտոնական հայտարարությամբ են հանդես եկել:
