Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի կոչը «Սասնա ծռեր» քաղաքական խորհրդին «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ից

Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանն այսօր «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ից մի նամակ է ուղղել «Սասնա ծռեր» քաղաքական խորհրդին, որով կոչ է արել առանձնակի ուշադրություն դարձնել Արցախի հարցի հետ կապված զարգացումներին՝ նշելով, որ Արցախի ճանաչումը կարող է ընդունելի լինել, եթե այն ծառայում է որպես Արցախն իր սահմանադրական տարածքով ՀՀ-ին դե յուրե միացնելու ճանապարհի միջանկյալ քայլ:
Մեջբերում ենք նամակն ամբողջությամբ.
«Ողջունում եմ ազգային-ազատագրական շարժման գործողությունները համակարգելու նպատակով «Սասնա ծռեր» քաղաքական խորհուրդ ստեղծելու նախաձեռնությունը:
Որպես առաջին ուղերձ՝ «Սասնա ծռեր» քաղաքական խորհրդին կոչ եմ անում առաջիկա ժամանակահատվածում առանձնակի ուշադրություն դարձնել Արցախի հարցի հետ կապված զարգացումներին:
Մասնավորապես՝ մենք պետք է շատ զգոն եւ լայնախոհ կերպով վերաբերվենք Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման առաջարկություններին եւ դրանք դիտարկելիս նկատի ունենանք, որ
1. 1988-ին մեր ժողովուրդը ոտքի է կանգնել Արցախը Հայաստանին վերամիացնելու նպատակով եւ պայքարի ու արյան գնով դե ֆակտո ազատագրել է Արցախի տարածքի մի զգալի մասը
2. Քանի դեռ մեր պետությունը գաղութային կախում ունի Ռուսաստանից, Արցախի ճանաչումը կարող է նրան լրացուցիչ հնարավորություն տալ ազատագրված տարածքների եւ հայության կենսական շահերի հաշվին տարածաշրջանում իր ազդեցությունը մեծացնելու եւ, ի վերջո, մեզ ռուսական ծայրագավառի վերածելու համար:
Այդ պատճառով Արցախի ճանաչումը կարող է ընդունելի լինել, եթե 1. ծառայում է որպես Արցախն իր սահմանադրական տարածքով ՀՀ-ին դե յուրե միացնելու ճանապարհի միջանկյալ քայլ
2. տեղի է ունենում Սերժ Սարգսյանի գաղութային վարչակազմը ազգային կառավարությամբ փոխարինելուց եւ իրական ինքնիշխանություն ձեռք բերելուց հետո»:
