ՀՀ-ի և ՉԺՀ-ի միջև կստորագրվի առևտրական ներկայացուցչությունների հիմնման համաձայնագիր

Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կառավարությունների միջև կստորագրվի առևտրական ներկայացուցչությունների փոխադարձ հիմնման մասին համաձայնագիր, որը մշակվել է Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի միջև գործարար նախաձեռնությունների ակտիվացման և առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնման նպատակով:Համաձայնագրին հավանություն տալու մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության օգոստոսի 31-ի նիստի օրակարգում:
Համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է Չինաստանի տարածքում հիմնել ՀՀ առևտրական ներկայացուցչություն, իսկ ՀՀ տարածքում համապատասխանաբար հիմնել ՉԺՀ առևտրական ներկայացուցչություն:
ՀՀ Նախագահի 2015 թվականի մարտի 24-28-ը Չինաստան կատարած պետական այցի ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել ընդլայնել և ամրապնդել հայ-չինական փոխշահավետ առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցությունը և բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծել ապրանքների, ծառայությունների, տեխնոլոգիաների և կապիտալի ներմուծման համար։
«Այս համատեքստում առևտրական ներկայացուցչությունների փոխադարձ հիմնումը թույլ կտա առավել արդյունավետ ներկայացնել երկու երկրների տնտեսական շահերը առևտրին և տնտեսական համագործակցության այլ ձևերին առնչվող բոլոր ոլորտներում, կդյուրացնի հայկական և չինական տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների կողմից առևտրական, տնտեսական և գիտատեխնիկական համագործակցության բնագավառում գործարքների իրականացումը և կօժանդակի միմյանց միջև կապերի ստեղծմանը:
Առևտրային ներկայացուցչությունների հիմնումը հնարավորություն կտա նաև առավել օպերատիվ տեղեկատվություն ստանալ Չինաստանի տնտեսական իրավիճակի, արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության ոլորտը կարգավորող օրենսդրության մասին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ այդպիսի տեղեկություններ հաղորդել Չինաստանի շահագրգիռ մարմիններին:
Համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը կնպաստի նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի վերոնշյալ այցի շրջանակներում ստորագրված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության կոմերցիայի նախարարության միջև Հայ-չինական առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության համատեղ հանձնաժողովի շրջանակներում Մետաքսի ճանապարհի տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծման գործում համագործակցության ամրապնդման մասին Հուշագրի դրույթների իրականացմանը»,- ասված է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ:
Հաշվի առնելով Համաձայնագրի ստորագրման կարևորությունը երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցության զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ իրավապայմանագրային դաշտ ձևավորելու հարցում` ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը նպատակահարմար է համարում համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից:
