Բացահայտվել է Իջևանի 50-ամյա բնակչի սպանությունը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Իջևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1966թ. ծնված Վաչագան Ակինյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հե կապերի բաժնից, ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի ք ննչական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, շարժառիթը: Հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
2016 թվականի օգոստոսի 16-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Իջևան քաղաքի վերջնամասում գտնվող օրվա կարգավորման ջրամբարին հարակից հանդամասում դիակ կա:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ մարզի քննչական վարչության պետ Ա.Մանթաշյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Դեպքի առթիվ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում 2016թ.օգոստոսի 16-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Վ.Ակինյանին հրազենային մահացու վիրավորում է հասցրել Իջևան քաղաքի 1987թ.ծնված բնակիչը:
Կատարվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի, դիակի արտաքին զննություններ, վերցվել են Վ.Ակինյանի հագուստները:
Քրեական գործով էական հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել՝ 29-ամյա տղամարդուն ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: Որոշում է կայացվել՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ:
Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան աշխատակիցներին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ հետախուզվողին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություն նապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
