Ինչպես ընդունված է ասել՝ եթե ցանկանում ես փոխել քո կյանքը, նախ փոխիր քո մտածելակերպը: Մի՛ կենտրոնացիր բացասականի վրա, մի՛ համեմատիր քեզ այլ մարդկանց հետ, մի՛ բամբասիր և մի՛ բողոքիր:
Կարծես թե հեշտ է, այնպես չէ՞: Ավելին, շատ մարդիկ անկեղծորեն հավատում են, որ նրանք իսկապես այդ օրենքներով են շարժվում և դրական վերաբերմունք ունեն: Եթե իսկապես այդպես է, ուրեմն ուրախ ենք նրանց համար: Սակայն եթե ցանկանում եք ստուգել, թե արդյոք դուք իսկապես հետևում եք այդ կանոններին թե ոչ, և եթե ցանկանում եք իսկապես դեպի լավը փոխվել, ուրեմն փորձեք այս պարզ մեթոդը: Ուիլլ Բոուենն առաջարկում է 21 օր մանուշակագույն ապարանջան կրել և այդ ընթացքում չբողոքել: Իսկ եթե նույնիսկ հասցնեք բողոքել, ուրեմն պետք է փոխեք ապարանջանը և անց կացնեք մյուս ձեռքին, զրոյացնեք ու սկսեք նորից:

Բոուեն ասում է, որ նա կարողացավ այդ 21 օր չբողոքելու փորձը կատարել միայն 3 ամսում, մինչ շատ այլ մարդիկ այդ արդյունքին հասել են 5-6 ամսում: Առաջին մի քանի շաբաթը շատերը մեկ օրում 10-20 անգամ փոխում են ապարանջանը, հետո գնալով արդեն հարմարվելով՝ նրանք սկսում են վրիպել և բողոքել արդեն օրական միայն մեկ անգամ, որն էլ որոշ ժամանակ անց դառնում է շաբաթը մեկ անգամ: Այս մեթոդը լավ արդյունք է տվել աշխարհի միլիոնավոր մարդկանց մոտ:
Ապարանջանը կրելու ժամանակ մարդիկ սովորում են նկատել դրական բաները թե՛ իրենց մեջ և թե՛ իրենց շրջապատող աշխարհում: Եվ պարզվում է, որ կյանքն այնքան էլ վատը չէ, ու մենք շրջապատված ենք բազմաթիվ հետաքրքիր և դրական բաներով: Պետք է ուղղակի ջանք գործադրել և այն նկատել, և աստիճանաբար մեր շրջապատում ամեն ինչ գեղեցիկ և դրական տեսնելը դառնում է կանխամտածված որոշում, որն ամեն ինչ դեպի լավն է փոխում:
