Մազերի խնամքի տարածված սխալները

Շատ կանանց թվում է, թե մազերը խնամելու համար բավական է շաբաթական մեկ անգամ այցելել վարսահարդարին և վերջ: Իրականում մենք բավական շատ սխալներ ենք թույլ տալիս մազերի խնամքի հարցերում:

Չեք ուզում սանրել մազերը

Մազերը լվանալուց առաջ այսպես կարող են վարվել կարճ կտրվածք ունեցող կանայք: Իսկ մյուսները պետք է պարտադիր սանրեն մազերը նախքան դրանք լվանալը: Դա կհեռացնի քսուքի մնացորդները Ձեր մազերից, կազատի անզեն աչքով չերևացող փոշուց: Դուք կարիք չեք զգա 2-րդ անգամ շամպուն օգտագործել, և այդպիսով զերծ կպահեք մազերի կառուցվածքն ավելի խորը վնասումից:

Չափազանց շատ եք կենտրոնանում դրանք մաքրելու վրա

Փոխարենը անընդհատ շամպունով լվանալուն, մազերը խառնշտելուն, շամպունը լցրեք ձեռքի մեջ և մերսող, բայց հանգիստ շարժումներով տարածեք արմատների մոտ:

Լվանում եք մազերը տաք ջրով

Մազերը լվանալու համար ջրի միջին ջերմաստիճանը պետք է 38-40 աստիճան լինի: Ջուրը չպետք է ոչ տաք, ոչ սառը լինի:

Սխալ եք քսում դիմակը

Որպեսզի դիմակները արդյունավետ լինեն, քսելուց առաջ մազերը խոնավացրեք թաց սրբիչով: Սանրեք մազերը և հետո միայն քսեք դիմակը: Այդպես այն ավելի խորը կթափանցի, և իսկապես կզգաք խոստացված արդյունքը:

Չորացնում եք անխնա

Լվանալով մազերը` թեթևակի չորացրեք դրանք սրբիչով, բայց ոչ ոլորելով կամ տրորելով: Մինչև վարսահարդարիչը միացնելը, սպասեք 10 րոպե: Մոռացեք ամենատաք ռեժիմի մասին. կչորացնեք մազերը, և դրանք կկորցնեն փայլն ու որակը:

Սիրում եք ձիգ սանրվածքներ

Սրանք սեքսուալ սանրվածքներ են, սակայն շատ վնասակար մազերի համար: Այսպիսի սանրվածքով երկար մի մնացեք: Արյան շրջանառությունը մազարմատների մոտ թուլանում է, ինչից էլ սկսվում է մազաթափությունը:

Չարաշահում եք աքսեսուարները

Այո, մենք չենք կարող առանց մեր սիրելի աքսեսուարների, բայց եթե դրանցից օգտվենք մշտապես, ապա մազերը շուտով կճուղավորվեն և կսկսեն թափվել: Շաբաթական 3 օր պետք է ամբողջովին արձակած մազերով մնալ:
