«Մինչ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախվազի պաշտոնից հրաժարական ներկայացնելը, Գևորգ Կոստանյանը Մոսկվա կատարած երկօրյա թռիչքի համար 797 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ տոմս է գնել պետբյուջեի հաշվին ու Մոսկվա մեկնել բիզնես կլասով։ Նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը Մոսկվա է մեկնել 7 հոգով, հուլիսի 6-8-ը։ Դատախազի մեկ բիզնես կլասի տոմսի համար պետությունը վճարել է 797 հազար, իսկ պատվիրակության մյուս 6 անդամների էկոնոմ կլասի տոմսերի համար՝ 1 մլն 494 հազար դրամ։ Գլխավոր դատախազության Ռուսաստան գործուղման ծախսերի մասին վարչապետի որոշման նախագիծը կազմել է կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 2-ին ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում ծախսերի խնայողության կոնտեքստում վարչապետը հայտարարել էր, որ գործադիր մարմինն այսուհետ կամրագրի նվազագույն արժեք ունեցող ավիատոմսեր կամ դրա նկատմամբ մինչև 8 տոկոս տարբերություն ունեցողը, և մեկնելու են միայն «էկոնոմ» կարգով. «Առաջարկությունը հիմնավոր է, և անհրաժեշտ է կատարել այդ փոփոխությունը։ Այս ուղենիշները չեն տարածվում միայն հանրապետության նախագահի, Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի և վարչապետի գործուղումների վրա»։ Ի դեպ, այդ որոշումից օրեր անց՝ հունիսի 14-ին, պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի համար ՊՆ-ն 965 հազար դրամով բիզնես կլասի 1 տոմս է գնել՝ Մոսկվա երկօրյա այցի համար»,–գրում է թերթը։
