Բուլղարիայում ոչնչացրել են ռազմական հետախուզության թղթապանակի կեսը

Բուլղարիայում 1989-ից 1991 թվականների արմատական քաղաքական վերափոխումների ժամանակաշրջանում ոչնչացվել է ռազմական հետախուզության բոլոր թղթապանակների առնվազն կեսը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ  33.083 գրանցված գրառում է եղել, մնացել է գաղտնի փաստաթղթերով 16460 թղթապանակ: Այդ մասին են վկայում երկրի Պաշտպանության նախարարության տվյալները, հայտնում է «Դնեւնիկ» թերթը:

Ռազմական գերատեսչությունում ի պատասխան խորհրդարանական հարցման պատասխանել են, որ մինչեւ  1991-ի հուլիս 13991 թղթապանակ է ոչնչացվել, հետո` եւս   2460 անձի վերաբերյալ, իսկ 172 գործ չի փոխանցվել եւ դրանց վերաբերյալ հաշվետվություն չկա:   ԳԵՐԲ կուսակցությունից եւ «Բարեփոխիչների դաշինքից»  պատգամավորներն անհանգստացած են, որ ստացված տեղեկությունների համաձայն, չի հայտնաբերվել հետախուզության կողմից փաստաթղթերի ոչնչացման որեւէ դեպք: Այդ կապակցությամբ դժվար է պարզել, թե ինչ նյութերի մասին է եղել խոսքը: 

Խորհրդարանականները հանդես են գալիս բուլղարական իշխանությունների կողմից գաղտնի թղթապանակների անօրինական ոչնչացման փաստերի հետաքննության հատուկ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու օգտին: Իր կողմից, պաշտպանության նախարար Նիկոլայ Նենչեւը հրաժարվել է մեկնաբանել ռազմական հետախուզության շուրջ իրավիճակը 1989  թվականի նոյեմբերի   10-ին անփոփոխ առաջնորդ Տոդոր Ժիվկովին իր պաշտոնից հեռացնելուց եւ աջ ուժերի` իշխանության գալուց հետո, հայտնում է «Ռոսիյսկայա Գազետան»:
