«Ժողովուրդ». ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանձնարարել է առանց իրեն ՀՀ Կառավարության նիստ չգումարել

««Ժողովուրդ»–ը, հղում անելով իր լավատեղյակ աղբյուրներին, տեղեկացրել էր, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանձնարարել է, որ առանց իրեն ՀՀ Կառավարության նիստ չգումարվի։ Այդպես էլ եղավ, այս շաբաթ ՀՀ Կառավարությունը նիստ չի գումարի։ Գործադիրի նիստերը ավանդաբար տեղի են ունենում հինգշաբթի օրերին։ Իհարկե, եղել են դեպքեր, որ երբ ինչ-ինչ պատճառով մեկ-երկու | օրով նիստը տեղափոխվել Է։ Բայց սա առաջին դեպքն Է, երբ շաբաթվա ընթացքում գործադիրն ընդհանրապես նիստ չի գումարում։
Կառավարության առաջիկա նիստը տեղի կունենա եկող երկուշաբթի՝ օգոստոսի 31-ին։ Բանն այն է, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն արձակուրդից Հայաստան Է վերադառնալու օգոստոսի 30-ին։ Ի դեպ, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի՝ արձակուրդում գտնվելու ընթացքում վարչապետի պարտականությունները ֆորմալ առումով դրված են ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանի վրա։ Բայց, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, վարչապետը փոխվարչապետին հնարավորություն չի տալիս, որպեսզի նա լիարժեք վայելի իր «վարչապետությունը», թեկուզ մեկ շաբաթով։ Ի դեպ, ըստ լուրերի՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընտանիքի հետ Ֆրանսիայում է հանգստանում»,–գրում է թերթը։
